If we introduced nudity for our O-line, it would probably distract onrushing players but you would have to stick with shotgun snaps for the center or else....It's just another twist on the "unorthodox" defense we had last year. All about shocking the opponent with misdirection and a little male nudity.

Chamblin is officially in self-preservation mode now. In his post-game interview, he blamed the offense for this loss. This after he took responsibility for the D after firing Richie Hall. Do the Riders have any internal HC options for when Chamblin is fired mid-season?

Riders lack of depth really showed this game.

It's difficult to know which scout brought in which players, so I find this difficult to rate. Do you have a list of players Danny Mac has brought in?

Why do you think that, based on what you've seen so far?

Everyone is playing zone so far this year in their base defense. It's pretty much impossible to play the man/match coverages when you can't run receivers into "checkpoints" downfield and toss them off their routes without it being called a penalty. The Bombers problem is in their front. Do you see the problem with the front as a scheme issue, or a talent issue?

Bellefeuille probably planned to counter the Ticats stellar d-line by passing the ball more. That's reactive game planning, and not the sign of a winner. If you're a championship team, you impose your will on the other team, regardless of what they're doing. I see the logic in why Bellefeuille might have planned that, but it's the approach of a loser. And with our new and improved OL, we shouldn't be afraid to run the ball against anyone.
