  1. Don't do ANYTHING to screw u the mojo.
  2. Gotta admit that Collaros past couple of passes have been a lot better.
  3. Not hard to see why Demski gets injured a lot. He plays like he has a spare body.
  4. Second best or second worst?
  5. So far, the Elks look like the better team.
  6. The same might be said about our defence as well.
  7. If our D is expecting the offence to bail them out, they will be disappointed.
  8. Gonna give up 6 now
  9. Bomber D is not shining
  10. No pressure=big gain
  11. Seriously killed
  12. UGH Two iffy passes in a row by Collaros si far.
  13. Although I am expecting and want a convincing Bomber victory, I will be apoplectic if we lose with Collaros playing poorly and being left in by O'Shea. We've seen enough of that crap..
  14. Experience consists of only two things: events and patterns. Events are singular, but patterns reveal realties, and Collaros has been trending downwards for more than two years. So were four other starters, and I remain unconvinced that a couple of token changes will right the ship.
  15. "What's past is prologue"
  16. Ayers is both quick and fast plus he reads plays very well. We are gonna need that to contain Ford on Thursday.
  17. Some coaches, too.
  18. That would be a smart move for the Argos and a major loss for the Bombers, but I do not see O'Shea moving to protect J. Jones.
  19. Correct- had a brain cramp but meant Drew Willy.
  20. Enough money will improve his eyesight.
  21. If the apocryphal story about Walters having to come down and order O'Shea to bench the obviously struggling Nichols and put Collaros in is true, it says something very concerning about O'Shea's judgement and seems to foreshadow many of the decisions that have concerned most in this forum since then. O'Shea does many things well, but this foible is a deal-breaker in my opinion. In my career, I assessed people and there is a rule: the best predictor of future behaviour is past behaviour. O'Shea is at the age where his personality structure is set, and he is unlikely to change how he operates. Was Vanterpool not touted as an eventual replacement for Big Stan? And that day seems to be not all that far away, judging from yesterday's game.
  22. I have yet to hear from O'Shea why the team continues to suffer Kolankowski at center when we have Tui Eli whose history says he would be an instant upgrade at center and take a lot of pressure off the guards.
  23. Lawson is all we hoped for, but only one stud d-lineman is not enough. He can be countered by putting two blockers in front of him, and you need at least one other, and preferably two stud d-lineman to give the op[posing O-line fits.
  24. The rare athlete can maintain a high level of performance well into their 30's but damned few. I fear that Collaros' trend has been down for about two years now, and, worse yet, I can foresee O'Shea doing a Matt Nichols on him, trotting him out again and again even when Collaros is done like dinner.
