Regarding Canadians on d, I thought Redha Kramdi looked pretty good in his reps last year (played fast, brought the lumber) but I believe that was at hb, and no one is taking Nichols or Parker (barring injury) out of those spots. Honestly thought the prospects/scouting were great with Rigmaiden also feeding the pipeline. Was bummed to see him jump ship after the lost 2020 season.

Would also prefer Mccalister. Guy was so promising, just a casualty of a stacked and crowded d-line back then. Doesn’t affect this year’s team per se but wasn’t it Lemon who effectively ended Matt Nichols’ CFL career? Absolutely boneheaded pancake pile on that I believe is a penalty in the NFL.

Would love to see that too! Honestly I think more depends on how far the O has gotten into the playbook during game planning and practice. Everyone on O is back from last year minus Ellingson, and Lawler looks like he never left. Kind of expect both teams to try and set the tone with early with big throws before settling in.

If he’s able to make the team, could be amazing in sets where Richie Hall likes four DE’s on the line.
