A fair statement, however every jurisdiction seems to still be struggling with the whole issue of people not self isolating when they should be. It just seems that recently certain posters have painted Manitoba as the epicentre of COVID cases thanks to our surge in counts while failing to realize that other places are having issues too. Our #'s are lower than elsewhere for whatever reasons, but that's not arrogance. No one in Manitoba is saying "we've beaten this thing". No one.

So you're saying that the higher test count is the primary reason why Alberta has about 10x the case total despite only being about 3x bigger population-wise? Seems I've heard that argument somewhere before...
 -
While 29 new cases is still more than weโd like to see, itโs also worth mentioning that active cases (now 409) and the five day test postivity rate (1.2%) are both trending in the right direction.
 -
5 day test positivity rate is now 1.4% (was 1.3% yesterday). Maybe that will make Noeller feel a little more comfortable about visiting Manitoba. Maybe...๐
 -
Around here we call that "pull an Alberta". ๐
 -
Does that mean you've cancelled your planned trip to the insane asylum so you can stay in the COVID-free paradise that is Alberta? ๐
 -
At risk of sounding like Donald Trump, if they did test close to or at daily capacity then there is the chance of more positives being identified. That might freak some people out.

Good point. I laugh at the people that call it "plain". I'd like to see the rings they have. -

You said "there isn't much to learn", then list two things. Good job contradicting yourself. ๐ And my diamonds reference was just an example. I never said they definitely had meaning. -

Will be interesting to learn the meanings behind various features (e.g. there are X number of diamonds because ______). -
Awesome! ๐ But seriously, keep up the good work Manitoba.

I don't think Don Cherry was involved in the Grapes restaurants that were at Kenaston & Grant, on Main near York, on Pembina (Pier 7), etc. His restaurants were called "Don Cherry's Grill" or something like that.

I look forward to when most commercials don't start with "In these uncertain times...".

Kind of ironic because people from MB heading to NWO would be the easiest to enforce (only one road in).

I think it was Dustin Nielsen or something like that. Believe he's from Alberta.

It only takes one asymptomatic traveller, no?

They didn't want to spoil the ending. -
	#Manitoba151 is catchier anyway
 -
I recall reading somewhere that there had to be at least 22 hours between the start times of back-to-back games, so that makes sense.

I watched a little and also found the football itself to be meh. It seems like the things most people are talking about in a positive way are the open mic between the refs and replay booth and the fact that all players have coaches mics in their helmets. Those don't really seem like things that would draw big TV audiences. Let's see what the numbers are after Week 3. -
A little late for that considering they start playing tomorrow, no?

To me one of the most frustrating things is how sloppy the Jets are with the puck, especially in their own end. So often you see someone stop the puck just inside our blue line and then either try to make a blind pass in the middle or send it back in instead of chipping it out to neutral ice. Even if you turn it over at that point it should temporarily relieve some pressure and might even allow for a line change if needed.
