Not that he gonna leave...but if Osh did...I would seriously look at Younger as the new Osh as players live him and would see him as a continuation...and he has been part of the culture shift here and reason why we been so successful...if they feel he still needs a lil seasoning and Hall still has the fire to keep coaching than I'd promote him..and give Younger the DC and Asst HC role...as the man in waiting...and we'd be just fine as we basically have a player coach in BA to take up some slack with DB coaching and I see him as the DB coach immediately after he decides to hang em up...we are in such a good position to keep things rolling here it's not even funny...and I sure be pretty easy to lure any assistant we set sights on

Willy was a menace all night..so glad we have him...even without his running mate he made a huge difference in the game. Schoen is flat out good...And like others say...just wait till he has 10 games under his belt..hope we can keep him for 2 yrs at least...cause he gonna get NFL looks for sure. Leggs is rounding into fine form too...and it rewards us handsomely letting him have ups and downs and sticking with him...not burning a DI spot for him is huge...and needed I'd still like us to find a legit runner stopping line busting dtackle to throw into the rotation..but right now the interior rotation is coming along..

Agree....if your Canadian running backs are struggling ...yet again...use that import you have on roster or yes...dress a monster dtackle or something to eat up olinez...again...my one fault of Osh...at times wasted roster spots..or dress guys who don't get any considerable reps..

When u have recievers playing/backing up at safety and corner...hello Dbag Carter and Simoneses... under sized guys on dline cause the coach tried to be smartest guy in room....a 4th string QB that's shown zip...and 10 lineup changes from last game...I don't have a lot of concern other than playing smart and disciplined ball...and no dumb penalties....we do that..it's never in question even missing 6 starters

What happens to him next yr when he has maybe one true top line reciever...and some average to middling ones....they have other guys on that roster they may wanna keep too that gonna cost them...they reaping the rewards of paying spit for a QB right now....it's a one yr shot at glory...and each game as yr goes on is going other direction for them...I still see them as 3rd place in west...maaaaybe 2nd....but they are flawed just as much as anyone...and need to take advantage of this yr...question is...can they....also he needs to learn to put touch on his throws....some of his misses, INTs and reciever drops is due to him thinking he needs to throw 99 mph fastballs at all instances....don't care who u are as a reciever but getting short range bullets fired at u...or tougher passes at Mach 1 are more often than not misses...deflections of recievers..many of which end up in ints
