I thik Walter's dosnt wanna be the tough guy and upset the koombyeya....but there comes a time you have to Osh and his ways are crippling and killing this squad...any other HC in the league..even with the injuries we suffered would have this team sitting at 3-1 right now

we needed these losses to be honest....and a couple more would't hurt either...as if we squeeked by with some wins....zero would have...or will be changed and we get to playoffs to only get smoked out...again...for all the same issues...and are just even further behind in making the transitions and hard decisions

Personally I would go with Darryl Patterson...he has respect of players..and nice combo of some the older school coaching exposure but relates to players now. I liked what and where he came from in the States prior to coaching up here and is as close to a Richard Harris type as you will find...a man I had great respect for...and too bad he never got his chance as he would have been a long tenured and loved HC

I think for most part you as GM should trust in your HC making the right decisions...you don't want a meddling G.M for most part...but I think now...or would hope ongoing the dynamics are going to be different...and I heard a rift too...like months of no talking...which is odd

There is lots I like and will comment on...but I am also not an idiot and boot licker...and been around the game a long time..in various capacities...and still am...and when I see for a lack of a better word "stupid" stuff going on I will say it. And not to say I told you so...but last yr already...actually even late 2022 I started on this.. and to say we need to be very wary/careful cause i could see what's coming..and where it may lead us...and lots u all laughed...mocked it...etc..etc...well here we are...I have seen this and been part of it first hand so was very obvious to me...and a few others No clue tho what u talking about in regards to some fan wanting to be coach..I don't recall that. That being said I know if I was handed the reigns in Jan 2024 we'd be sitting at 3-1 right now at minimum

Well said...like I mentioned too...our coaching is killing us...and I truly don't think osh is a good coach...good manager when he had top end talent and solid vets to run the room and self police...but when he doesn't have that...yrs before 2019...and post 2023...he isn't very good at actually coaching his team...or assessing talent and building a roster...proof is in the pudding...we won a lot of games and had success in spite of him...based on the aforementioned talent supplied to him Exactly...adequate...average...doesn't cut it...I don't care who it is...you need to continually be getting better...and finding pieces...and replacing others...or you get what we have seen developing..and now in full on effect...injuries are an excuse...and if we had already been developing and transitioning..they wouldn't have really been an issue Yup...u need to earn a job...then continue to hold it from it being taken from you...that doesn't happen here...for 3 ..4 yrs now If a player is clearly better than guy in front of him...he should play...plain and simple regardless if he is a loved favorite...or a tenured vet...too many awarded roster spots here and less talented guys playing as they are HC favs under oshea

He is obviously listening to Osh's recommendations tho...and I don't think Osh uses the right factors to justify his assessments. Time for Walter's now to over rule...You can bet your life the discussions were had...ZC or Dru Brown and Osh pushed and said ZC is the guy...and I sure that happened on many players...and now it's killing us. I was gonna ay...Nichols was playing out of his mind...then I realized he was neing used like a SAM should...what a difference....I'm sure Kramdi is a nice dude..says the right thing....is all about the cuture..blah blah blah....but talent wins h=games....he not starter talent yeah...he did....and I think with reduced reps...certain packages and role...he's be cats-ass as the DA/Nationalized American...his days as the defacto guy are behind him....but he could be a valuable role guy...used on ST's....

strev basically had to work out rust and get re-acclimated to being a QB as he wasn't allowed to do any of it until he got put in...and as you saw...once he calmed down...realized he wasn't just trying or having to run guys over...he looked way different....and that was with 3 receivers who are so green....throw him out there with 4 guys who have exoerince....and you will see a big difference...especially with teams having to respect his running...use him in pocket...sprint outs...botlegs...etc....some legit option stuff....and then we cooking with fire....I'd give him the Ottawa start....
