Osh relies too.much on "the room" and the vets to get it all prepped...

Starts at the coaching level...lazy country club culture is awesome...guys are great...everyone love everyone...there a time and place for that just like paint peeling hard asses and players who play with an edge... We win cause the right players are playing...coached up and prepared properly and adjust on the fly...it's not just missed tackles...zero focus...no fire...poor personel packages...bad scheme...little adjustments so far...that's coaching 101

It's easy to pick apart constant 3 man pressure even with a soft coverage 9 man drop...especially when 80 percent of time u use Thomas...as nose...5 percent schmeck...and 10 percent Thomas and schmeck

We probably give up an extra 20..25 yards a game minimum by not bringing a guy down and trying to pull the ball out...
