Just think tho....if we had no injuries...and looked like crap....we all know there would be no changes...roster juggling...anything to try and switch it up and find the right pieces.....and get things righted.....We got changes this yr from neccesity...not by choice...and sadly...and not to wish injury on any player...but the exact wrong players got hurt (FOX...Haba..Schoen...Lawler...Parker...Lawson...Garbutt) And guys like Biggie...BA...Wilson....Kolo got the defacto pass and annointed starting spots...regardless of what played out in camp, and you could argue likely better guys got walking papers...and to make things worse 2...3 of the guys mentioned are injured...dont ...didnt...or cant practice and participate in camp....but get dropped right in the lineup regardless....That cant sit well with younger...healthier guys bustin their ass in practice and thru camp to get bypassed...again and again. And that nonesense with BO...sitting him a lot of the game...not being the starter when he said he was totally ready...to prove a point...send a message?...who knows but was a complete laugher and joke....Biggie says he good to go...even when he not and he plays 90% snaps....that shitss gotta stop...same with Thomas eating up double the snaps...doing minimal in his impact...and guys like Fox..Admas..Woods just produce...cause havoc and make plays....more idiocy.....son enough...if not some already doing it....a lot of the team just gonna go thru the motions and quit on the supreme leader....Time for the 2 Boss's to step in and end this farce

Sad part...only changes that been made after 0-3 and looking horrible for most part at several positions are ones due to injury...and had no choice but to make a change...and havnt replaced that depth on PR or bring guys in onto actual roster Performance based issues...not addressed whatsoever...and that's bad...Smith in for Mitchell was made...but if it wasn't there is seriously even more wrong than what's apparent

Same with DE...And DT...Brought in nobody when Haba and Fox got put on the IR...Woods is knocked....but our mindset is Thomas..Schmecks and Hubert are all top line replacements...and they just aren't...

why you running thru potholes??...lol....jk I actually probably train more...and harde now than when I played...which seems odd....but muscle is the longevity of life...and functional movement I guess from having 2 total knee reconstructions...8 operations on 1 knee...2 on other...Total shoulder dislocation...2 broken hands....Brokene fore arm...multipe hammy pulls...2 fingers that wont totaly straighten...laceration of rib cage....who knows how many concussions....and lost about 3/4" in height....Continual training enables me to function hahaha...Mama's don't let yer babies grow up to be Football players

For the most part of late...ZC cant walk up in the pocket if pressure from outside is there as KOLO is either pushed right back into it...or has not kept his block engaged, or on a chip or 50 isn't tking the free guy, as he just isnt skilled enough. If you look at a lot of our pressures, and sacks...or ZC just seemingly unsure and skittish it's because he has nowhere to escape from, and if he does try to move away it's usually into heat off the edge...as the middle is a lost cause. Always say line work and success comes from inside out...and poor center interior play makes the tackles seem like they are inferior...and not always the case. Why OSH won't just try to replace the 1 part...and see the ripple effect is baffling. It's either gonna be better....or equal....won't be worse. Undersized center's are great, when really athletic and quick....with unreal movement...KOLO is undersized...but not athletic....definately not quick and has poor movement laterally and into next level. Eli is a big dude, and probably our most althetic lineman...he's also our fastest and would never even be in the CFL if not for his lost senior season, then appearance to have quit football...Our saving grace is that there is no film on him whatsoever up here for most part...and has kept the hounds away....time to let the big dude loose

Thats just poor game day roster construction...the amount of times all 7 are on the feild is minimal...and even then...you can use a big bodied dline guys as well...Thomas is listed as extra oline...stick him there for those 3 reps it may happen

ask him,,,,You signed Eli toa 3 yr deal...Why isnt he starting yet when he consistantly gets top grades and the least MA's....I not talking about that lame PPF either tho he gets top grades in that too, and is he the starter of the future?

Holm has missed his assignments a ton this yr as well.....He looks to have regressed a bit.....Ford has gotten better each game....and has all the athletic tools....just needs the reps...you dont progress and get better in practice

don't look like too much wall busting going on now from a lot of the roster MOS did well also when some great talent was afforded to him....now it's aged out...and he has a penchant for using guys who aren't the best options....and the difference is noticeable...all great coaches hit a wall...and become not so great...and victims of the knife...are we seeing the early stages of that now...I think it's well past early and some things need to be nipped in the bud fast...not saying he needs to be fired immediately....but continuation down the same path the discussion has to be had...or powers that be step in and say...look...here's how things are gonna go....if you cant manage that and make it happen...well....thanjks for your service....or if there is resistance to it...well FIFO your way out of here and from experience...I know a lot of u hate reading that....but a HC will formulate what he wants, and what the games phylosphy is going to be...and the Co-ord has to work within it...and here it's appaering working with restraints I was gonna mention that on the no rookies stepping up....ZC has a tendancy to ignore guys and just force it to his top guys....to a fault to be honest...

like players...sometimes coaches, and their ways and beliefs get old in the tooth and just dont work anymore either....something to consider....Does anyone here not think that in a hypothetical scenario...That if a fresh face was HC...was provided all the same talent in camp and returning players that we had this yr, and ran a TC with jobs for the taking, that this team...Injuries and all included wouldn't be at least 2-1....likely 3-0...and have came out in game 1 totally prepared...no rust...and with a huge point to prove in Game 1?/ I certainly do

he decides the roster....so yeah...it's on him.....and if he pushed for certin vets.....I would think going forward the G.M will maybe goa different direction and not take the HC assesment as he be all end all exactly this....Walter's could have said..ok...we will sign old guy X and declining talent guy Y...but if a new player outperforms...and show's seruious upside...then get out the snips....and Osh and his wise assesment went the wrong way... my take...and will ruffle feathers I am sure but I think it more of a case that Osh isn't the be all end all many thik...and that he is prone to lapses in judgemet and game management...and has a serious flaw of buying into and running with his own bias's..even if not for the better of the squad.....he did well when he had a roster flush with stars...and guys intheir prime who were foot soldiers...and secondary depth guys......and we won despite of a lot of his bad coaching decisons and roster makeup But look at the 3..4 yrs prior to the run...and the last lil bit of late....poor record...bad choices...and no answers....relienton the past ...and really if he needs to coachhis way out...he struggles...it's pretty apparent in the end...it's the head coach who will decide who is on the roster...will take into consideration whathis assistants suggest, and say....but in the end it's his call. He may also dictate as to how/what the game plan to be and the Co-ord will make it happen..as best he can....he can only work with what he has...and if the HC says I want to see player X play so many snaps...player Z as well...player Y to just be used as a bit player to spell off...who-ever...well the co-ords hands are tied
