well the 2019 Grey Cup game day roster had Rose..BA...Exume..Wilson...Briggs...Gauthier..Biggie...Hallet..Jeffcoat..Thomas..Hansen..WJ...Bryant..ELI...Neuf...Yoshi..Woli...Lawler..Demski..Miller...ZC..Augustine...Sheed..Grant...also Gray but not dressed....not 100 percent sure who was on IR or PR...but that is 25 guys from the first cup still here, and producing...Mind you Lawler and Exume left for a yr....But are back now....That in itself is as impressive as heck in this day and age

I am certain now that Biggie has an achilles issue....1 yr rehab at earliest....was that his last hurrah?....would really suck, but he is a guy who has it in him to come back....but at that age is it worth it?....He will still be a huge assett on the sideline for Grey Cup with his eyes. That being said....There's the money to lock up Schoen for next yr, as there is always a silver lining behind any adversity....can still re-sign Biggie if we choose and park his salary all yr on the IR The Culture is key...and a huge thing...BUT....big but....It has being implemented and ingrained, and built on here for minimum 5 solid yrs, with varying levels of players and their over all experience...not a "culture" that became one over night....huge difference
