well if they focused on winning this yr...as well as next....playing a number of guys as legit front liners the way we are won't get it done...and just puts us further behind the curve for 2025

I like how you hve touched on this, as I have said before even tho they talk about how tight they are...the culture..etc....outwordly.....inwardly i gets to a point where a core group of players will get very disenchanted, and like you said almost start to become more for me...than we...when they see certain players get preferential treatment, and play ahead of guys who rightfully should be taking majority of reps...or are coach's fav's...I've seen it/played within it first hand where it is the ultimate way to divide a room...and I see it happening here last yr already....and It's also a coach killer...self inflicted mind you...but their demise Yeah Osh has won some games....we got to 4 Cups...tho lost 2 right at the feet of him...and will say again as others have also come to see now that we won a lot despite what Osh was doing...because we had elite guys in their prime that glossed over a lot of the real dumb decisions...we don't have that now...plus the lack of forward thinking and planning has us extremely bare in a lot of positions for any succession plan, and a few of our contracts we are stuck with barring a trade or out right release is gonna hamper us even being able to make say 2..3 bigger moves in free-agency next yr to fix that...seeing as our HC has no inclination whatsoever to allow any yhoung guys take over and show that they are it.... It's a what have you done for me lately and 2+ yrs now has been a HC who is oblivious to the situation, and almost doing things to the detriment of the squad soley on his personal biases....so to say there now way we would move on from him...especially if he shows no plan to change his ways, is a fail by Walter's and Miller....There are a lot of coaches out there who we could hire and we would be just fine....Osh isnt the be all end all of HC's....sometimes things just run their course no...we are setting ourselves ujp for epic collapse next yr clinging onto 2019-2021

Based on what we saw from 2 rookie recievers there should be no excuse for Whitehead to be in for Johnson....and Case...I don't see the reasoning there either...or the potential with a wr in the mold of what we already have in Demski...and what would be Whitehead...I'd have Smith back on and integrate him more into the offence...he is excellent at catching the ball and we tried to make McRae a thing last yr...all yr...whereas Smith has a way better skill set

I of opinion that's what u get...he could have slid and went down...took snap and ran to his endzone...many things...he was trying to take a shot to score...and got appropriate consequence....could Biggie have let up a bit...sure....should he have...no...why? Nothing..he freely admits the players and roster are not an issue...more it's focus..discipline and being assignments sound...again tho is that not on the HC to get it right? If Strev is put in...and allowed to play QB in our offense I have more than enough confidence that he would perform well with some.minor wrinkles and tweaks to allow his run threat to cause defenses to pick their poison. And he has that ability to make something from nothing with his legs when he "has" to...but not focus the scheme around him running. Lawler back...Wilson to not be "the guy" insert Whitehead as he has value in multiple looks and can take some the sweep..or sweep looks from Demski and allow him to find space down the field....Whitehead also knows the spots to go when plays break down or there is a full on blitz which would be immense help...I'd have Smith back on and also see reps with multiple moving parts in motion with BO and Demski...Whitehead and Strevs threat...cater the system to what you have and stop forcing stuff like we been U roll out Bo with Lawlwer..Demski..Woli...Lucky and Wilson with Strev running things...no reason we can't be productive on offence

the young guys don't even get a chance to make an impact...be it positive or negative so we don't even know what we got...or if we need to bring in new bodies. Smith didnt nothing wrong other than not break a run for a TD...always got positive yardage...secured every kick....and offers a lot to the offence (but alas didnt get a snap) Case was underwhelming an ordinary...what was the point? We have some horses up front to make a difference on defense but the Coach feels the need to play Jake pretty much every snap...and again...they get no real chance to make an impact....let alone get in a groove in a game If a player...rookie...or just new to us made the whiffs game in and game out now going on 2 yrs now...they would be replaced...but not Osh's vets...why is that? How do they not see it over and over on game tape ?...When is Younger gonna say...enough is enough and gimme some legit play makers...let me run all imports on defense save for Ford...gimme the best possible athletes....instead of being saddled with Osh's Boi's....who havnt been getting it done since 2022

They need to make the hard look at who is not gonna be in the plans ...or shouldn't be in the plans for 2025 and onward now and start that purge...clinging onto some guys...or not even allowing any new guys any opportunity to just see any reps and if they may be part of the future...or not...is just pointless and bad managing. Time to look at age...and performance or lack there of on our roster now and make those prudent moves...that's why they getting paid the big bucks as well and much like ZC and some others here...if they not earning that money...get out the scissors and snip snip

I seriously don't think osh knows how to coach..he did fine with top talent..in their prime who ran the room...it was wedged between his first 3...4 yrs and now...when he doesn't have that luxury...and other teams improved and added new talent...and the record reflects it. His interviews...he has no answers...he doesn't address anything..he has no real clue what to say...or how to critique it
