wow....all I can say..... Thats just sad....and I am sure his reasonings when asked after will be a utter joke We know all week...actually even before last weeks game that BO is a huge question mark...and this is what we come up with at RB??....along with 3 complete newbie recievers to compliment and take the load off.... made our front 7 weaker big time...then add a likely out of game shape Biggie in to compliment it and who's to say he even remotely 100 percent...the fact he was put on the 6 immediately and not just 1 gamed tells me all I need to know there and Papi Oshea just took his que froma loved vet that "i good to go" just like in Grey Cup. I always want us to win, but don't get me wrong here as I hope we get spanked so this bucket of puke isn't justified and glossed over by a win over the perenial sad sack redblack's...and we get all the "see Osh is a genius...he knows what he doing" We win it's because some guys have game of their season and go right off...or a couple guys who are unknowns take Ottawa by surprise...or Dru just stinks and we know how to negate him from 3 yrs of grooming him.....or a combo of the 3....a win in spite of everything that will just justify this stupidity right thru the seson

and rightfully so....no re\son at all last yr he should have been parked for daddy's favorite.....a lot of players were not pleased with other stuff....but they keep the close kni theme at fore front and as @Mike says....this will be ongoing stuff until we move on coachwise....and really if we were to have lost Osh prior to the last contract renewal....or after this term...I wont be botheed in the least.....his poor traits now are negating his good ones...and now that he doesnt have the best top end talent anymore...(2019 to 2021) and clinging to some...and populating his roster with ( "hard worker...good guy...practice hard..which everyone should.hands out water bottles...etc etc) well you see the results now, and the path we headed on....been hating to say I told ya'all so...but.....now I jus curious to see this weeks depth chart...I'm sure it will have some what the friggin hell's on it i dunno...he not really coaching other than finalizing the roster...and hamstringing his co-ordinators...he rarely ventures into the room to get the real pulse of things...relies on his vets....and to be honest...is a glorified babysitter now with final say....like the comment or not...but is what it is...when is the last time we have even seen anything unique....risky...pushing the envelope....some creative scheme/gamble....i dunno...2021?? that was more Murphy....i remember him basically cutting a guy at halftime

I've been alluding to this since 2022..and was heavily spouting off about it all last yr and into the offseaso. Was met with all the yeah buts...won the west..most wins...4 straight cups...failing to see we barely eeeked out the 2nd Cup...and lost 2 straight now...ones we should have won easily I also said a few times we won in spite of what some of the things Osh did..got met with more ridicule...we rode and won with some superior top line talent despite the warts that were developing...then wore a lot of them right out...all the while not developing anyone..and filling the roster with guys who were just that...1 trick poney filler...and now we are in a possible scuffling mode...big-time. Been there..done that...seen that personally and was seeing the exact same thing simmering here...hence why was so vocal...hopefully we use the first half of season to re-evaluate things and nip it in the bud now...or it's gonna get fugly

maybe a re-do from day 1 of camp actually....as a re-do of the week would get same results sadly

Janarion could have been back...Remove Thomas and his salary and the portion above minimum would help off-set Grant....You could fill Thomas roster spot with a entrty level Canadian salary BOLO...was more he said eff this crap and left....sure he was due a bump but not a huge one and his standing on the sideline all gret cup with zero reps while 3 other recievers could barely run was the final straw...Woli almost left for same reason but was talked out of it.... Our PR use the last 3..4 yrs has been crap....a guy goes down...nobody was there to plug in and develop...or was developing.....we preferrred to use slugs who were already here....and not good enough to start...some whom had zero potential to ever start let alone be a viable replacement for the short term....and it just keeps going. If WJ had got knicked last season....especially when JJ was out....we would have been screwed....still are really....Garbutt is our best all around end...but he is on the shelf...and in our wise wisdom....have nobody to step in for the meantime....unless you consider guys playing out of positipn Bennett is there for the taking...serves several purposes...vet...Canadian...can be in rotation, but from what I understand...as long as we carrying Thomas there no room...forward thinking would be....who would be your better option for this yr...2025 and beyond...Thomas for limited reps...and no use on teams....and limited usefulness in those reps...and a complete non-factor for 2025...Or Bennett...very usefull for more than limited reps...can play on cover teams....is local....and has at lest 5 good to great yrs ahead of him???....I know what a smart and logical coach would do.....do any of you? And there are other instances of this...again..

yup...Osh being Osh....shamefull people were overly harsh on Ford...he gonna be fine.....MCI as well....he's a rookie and needs to learn a few things....but the physical skills and talents he has....you don't just find that anywhere...he as well will be fine....gotta let guys grow into things, as opposed to hanging on to guys too long...growing out of things so to speak and just keeping yourself behind in the development and transition...hence why we are where qe are in a few spots noe

our young guys played well...as did the guys who got pre-season reps...the rest tho for ost part....looked bad....slow...confused and just bad.....

who weree the multiple amaerican Backs? One got puntd quickly...and was punted from the Redblacks as well...and one showed well...then he cut due to injury....why not keep the other one...whoever that was just in case...poor planning....plus released the other Canadian in case you ran into injury issues and had to start JA and needed a backup on roster if you didnt flip the ratio spot ton an import 100 percent...as we trot out the same ol same ol comfy sweater players of our coach....sad

Nice to see Josh Johnson moived to AR....he should have been the starter over Wildon in frst game...most pro ready and polished receiver all thro camp Curious what we do at RB tho...too bad we didbt have foresight and notion to bring in multiple American backs to fill in just ib case what we have right now...BO isnt right and trotting him out there when not ready will just make this a long season for him with being knicked all yr...just another example of the griping about roster and depth...relience on the same ol same ol and poor forward thinking

it really bordered on embarrasing...and falls right at the HC feet...some players were put in a spot where they were gonna fail....can't put it on them for that..It's up to your coach to have you ready...prepared...and the best available guys playing....where have I heard this before????

agreed....a lot of people who havnt played at a high level are discounting the fact that you are rusty..slower to react and aren't seeing things right at game speed from not playing....That's all part of the rust and being unprepared....the mental aspect and the processing...it's not a switch you flip on and off at will It takes sometimes games to get the head in the right state as well as the muscle memory, and the instictive movements....as opposed to the thinking about it...and sometimes that fraction of a second difference in football is huge...it showed We also should have had a plan B ready to go for that, as well as the game conditioning aspect for the guys who came in with lead legs if they were showing signs of not being 100% game ready....and we didnt...BO and Demski both were missing that extra something...and thats from having only 1 real practice...huge oversight

yup....its learn on the fly...I sure he will see it...and be coached up in film....not working together in camp with heavy reps during pre-seasone didnt help matters in any either

To be honest...yeah they went to Ford's side of the field...but also were targeting the scheme and HB there..I know I am not a huge fan of Holm but he made a couple glaring errors which cost us...2 of which come to mind where people assume Ford was the issue...and he wasnt

last 2 cups were punches in the mouth....we got up...albeit staggering and continued...maybe this was finally the knock-out and we have the sensability to now regroup...re-inventory things and finally learn from it and March forward Defensively I like what we saw...and rostered if used right...with a few small roster tweeks....The Als offence didnt light us up by any means and not once drove the field....Thomas should be shelved and let the young guys earn their keep...and with Biggie and now Lawler on the 6 game...Lawson as well....no reason to not bring in Bennett and or Kongbo to totally take Jake out of the equation, as well as knowing Osh the return of our other Bennett who I am sure once healed will be right back out there No reason why Cole shouldnt be eating 80 percent of snaps....Kramdi is always running in and around the plays...but isnt disrupting anything....or being there in time to break a play up and make an impact....tackles after the fact look good in the stats sheet but thats about it...Also still not sold on Holm....as much as others....He is poor at the physical game...is a below average tackler and some what like Kramdi...gets there a lot after the fact...I'd much prefer him playing the centerfield safety role coming over and actually taking balls away....he looked like he regressed a bit...tho he was another vet who got the no need to play" training camp too wasn't he...so he could have been rusty too considering we knew none the guys who started on the oline in the final pre-season was really gonna make the squad...save for Lofton. (who I truly think was pencilled in from get go anyway)...we should have let the starting unit get reps as a whole for some of it...as you could see...especially in the interior they were right out of sync...Dobson took reps at center that game but why...We have Eli...who should be staring btw...and Kolo can be the back up longterm if Eli drops with injury..Not Dobson...entrench him at gaurd and let him just do that Osh likes his underdogs...especially Canadian ones and it's preventing Eli a chance..Kolo was grabbed off the scrap heap after 2 yrs of nobody wanting him and got in due to injury..serviceable sure...great....no....weak link...yeah...and we sit Eli...top 3 center in the NFL draft if not injured....does nothing but destroy guys when in the lineup...by all accounts smart and team first....but yet he languishes....unreal

I am pretty sure tho they wont publically say it...many vets aren't happy with some the things...but will keep up the all is rosey appearnace for the better of the team...but you will see it in their body language and sideline frustrations....even if thy dont realize they showing it

I talk about it....a lot....and get met with the praise of success of 2019 and 2021....and sure some regular season wins....but when was the Cup awarded in sept...oct?....and many reg season losses occured for basically the same over-sights...poor rostering....lack of depth in key spots...relience on Canadians where not needed...refusal to use rules to better your squad, and this 100 percent transferred right into the play-offs 2 straight seasons now and cost us dearly....and there still signs of it now....Thats not a good thing at all for a yr leading up to a possible home Grey Cup berth....there should be some major change and roster morphing going on....guys who will serve no purpose, and have no role next year, (basically have minimal to none now) and are just hanging on for here for obvious reasons should NOT even be here this yr....the fact they are is total crap. Young up and comers should be getting Lion's share of reps...along with the vet's not here out of loyalty and tnure...and certainly not origin of birth. If you think given the choice...for 2025 Osh will bring back Thomas...Biggie..Gauthier...Kolo...default the starter role to Collaros with no actual open competition....keep rolling out a whacky punter caue that Aussie stuff tickles his fancy...not allow his staff to bring in talent, or sign free agent to fill roles he feels that he has free reign to put an inferior Canadian at for no reason other than he is Osh and can....and he wont...you are sorely mistaken.

we shall see...The second point is a big one...we need to let him run the regular offence....even when he comes in...or stays in after a 2nd or 3rd and short....If all he does is run....that gets figured out very fast and basically just limits his effectiveness with that part of his game...and will get him taking needless pounding...So hopefully Buck lets him be a QB....Or if he is being told to only use as such....make a case as to not
