Yes, ultimately he could be... and Mulumba could be a starting MLB, Ekakitie could replace Thomas, Bladek/Woods could replace Bond or Hardrick I just think the benefit of those positions has a much higher ceiling than trying to find a fifth receiver when we already have three potential 1000 yard guys on the roster (Adams, Dressler, Smith)

Well, I'm definitely not taking a 500-600 yard per year receiver at #1... Mulumba, Ekakitie, Woods, Bladek are my first overall list... don't let the combine brainwash things too much.

Gray's numbers are comparable to the top CFL DT prospects... More 'raw' than Senior, maybe he does slip through the NFL cracks If he's there at 6, I think you have to take him - maybe he's next Tyler Holmes

I'm not a Toby hater... but this season is by far his worst for whatever reason. He's taking one bad stick penalty a game and getting beaten to the puck and in the corners. The fact that Melchiori is not a recognizable drop off is not good. He has never had any chemistry with Buff... I'd re-sign him at 3 mill for two years as our third pairing after next season Morrissey-Trouba Chiarot-Buff Enstrom-Myers (Poolman-Postma)

Not defending their puck handling or skating skills at all. Buff's recent 'mistakes' are because he tries to do everything because he has no faith in Melchiori... They are plugs... but plugs that outmuscle guys in front of our net. Jets are still a .500 team with Enstrom or Melchiori as your #4 D. That's disturbing.

I'd load up on the younger prospects... Brodin, DeHaan, Despres (or Manson), Kulikov, Stone, Faulk, Van Riemsdyk, Oleksiak, Forbort... etc Add a couple of vets like Jack Johnson, Kris Russell, Jason Demers Then wait until Trade Deadline and load up on picks... nothing in this league has trade value like D

If teams can keep altering their roster up until the last second, its kind of a gong show If you think he can trade three goalies between June and September... I guess. Not sure who's going to be knocking on his door after teams were able to find success with guys like Budaj and Condon this season. If anything I would overpick D.

This expansion process is kind of a gong show... if teams really are allowed to keep trading or signing players up until the exp draft, who knows what those protected lists will look like And if McPhee drafts six goalies, he should immediately be fired.

Just a quick check up on them... both Clague and Johansen will make the big leagues imo. Plus minus doesn't really mean much at all... unless its really an outlier like +23 Points means a lot in the lower leagues... if you're not scoring there, you really have zero hope of making the NHL
