A cold weather game, coming off of a catastrophic injury and you haven't played in a year and a half?
Does not sound like a recipe for success. If they throw the ball to Jorden, we need to him hard every single time.
Adams has a receiver wide open on the drag and instead throws it to the middle of the field where multiple Eskimo defenders are?
Inexcusable throw at that point of the game.
Good players sure, but who’s the Brandon Banks, Bryan Burnham, Derel Walker, Reggie Begelton etc from that group? This O is desperately missing a game breaking receiver.
Those Toronto and Montreal losses were just inexplicably horrible and unjustifiable. The Toronto one was bad enough, but then to do it AGAIN against Montreal was absolutely disgusting.
We’re 8-1 at home and 3-6 on the road, having at least one home playoff game would have been a huge boon for us.
I don’t see the Riders beating the winner of the WSF. I like that we get Calgary right out of the gate and that they don’t get a week to rest up before facing us.
I will say that it seems that any team from the West will have trouble beating the Ticats this year, they’re also the only team in the league we didn’t beat. That’s not something I would’ve predicted at the beginning of the year, and certainly not when Masoli went down.
Good lord Kilgore is awful.
I know it mess nothing in the grand scheme of things, but psychology 9-9 sounds a lot better than 8-10. I think Maas should’ve played Harris for a little while and tried harder to win this game. I don’t think he keeps his job if Montreal beats the Eskimos next week.
I would give Harris at least a quarter, if not a half. I can understand not wanting to play him the whole game, but he needs to play more going into the playoffs.
This is obviously a horrendous decision and a fireable offence for the joke of reporters we have. I have to imagine Ed Tait would’ve voted for Harris if he still had a vote.
On the positive side, something like this can bring a team together and provide some unity as we head towards the playoffs.
