How much would you be willing to part with? I'm okay giving up Petan, draft picks and one of Dano / Matthias / Hendricks if the return is right. Is Brassard worth it? I think I might prefer an addition at FW and a D if we part with all that.

Hopefully Dorion has a soft spot for Wpg... seems to be lots of chatter between Jets and Sens. I think we end up missing out on Brassard.... Pit and Stl are sniffing. Maybe Pagaeu is the consolation prize.

I won't pretend I know what happens with Trouba. If he re-signs long term at huge dollars, I wouldn't be shocked. If he's moved, then he probably always did want out, and that shouldn't shock us either. The Bogo stuff came out after the trade, IIRC.

Oilers would have 3 guys making over $30M total. Not much left for the rest of the roster... Theoretically the Jets could make OTT a sweet package centering around Trouba, but I doubt he'd (read: his family) want to be in Ottawa any more than Wpg.
