The successful teams with the wait and get you later players seem to be more successful with their other picks too. Are we doing the same?

Die hard fans will remain just that. They are the crux of the season ticket base. But the rest of the entertainment dollar is being spread wider and wider with more people - products competing for that dollar. Throw in an AHL team now the the pie is going to get sliced even thinner. I would suggest that an outdoor NHL game might be a tougher sell in this market now too.

Coach of the Year in any league is the kiss of death. Check back in both the CFL and NHL and it is scary how quickly you can fall.

Some companies and manufacturers refuse to discount their products. The reason being that as soon as you discount it there then becomes the expectation of " why should I pay full price, I'll wait for it to be reduced". You simply then devalue your own product.

Why is there the compelling need to play more than the necessary 7 starting nationals? Let's try and find 7 decent nationals before we try and feed this patriotic thirst.

The sad reality is that it isn't god for the league to see so many teams struggling. Regards of which team you may be a fan of I think we all want it to be competitive and for the CFL to remain stable.

They tried moving the season earlier a number of years ago....it bombed. Historically attendance numbers increased after labour day.

I guess when you dominate from the initial snap the only adversity is apathy in the second half.

As good as Ritchie was he more importantly understood how important a good qualified staff of assistants was.

If we are starting 9 Cdn because they are the best players so be it? But I don't buy that. Play 7 and then the best players. What is MOS trying to prove?

With more than half the season to go why would you be so quick to grant MOS another year? This team and staff needs to demonstrate it is progressing. Not just about wins it's about improvement.

A little too early to hand MOS the keys for next year. Still a number of questions to be answered on the 2015 report card.

Other teams that have loaded up on draft picks repeatedly draft what you deem high risk picks that have demonstrated that they are good players. They stagger those picks with there other picks. It is evident that first , second or third round picks are never a guarantee to pan out. But drafting guys that have less or little chance of playing because of lesser ability......which truly makes more sense?

You don't need to be Bob Willy to watch a replay of a linemen "attempting" to block someone one on one and see him whiff, get turnstiled , flat out get beat to recognize he has missed a block and put his QB at risk. Does Willey hold the ball too long at times, yes. Does he have a quick ball release, no. But as our friend MOS says.....watch the video.

Might be a tad early to declare who is the worst team.

If you are being beat cleanly at the LOS trying to pass block you can scheme a dream all you like....getting beat one on one is just that.

If hoping someone is going to get cut from the NFL is your plan for improving your roster I'm thankful you aren't the GM. Hope is not a plan for improvement in any business.
