Didn’t someone already do up the average ages of players on both teams and the difference was like 27.5 and 27.9 years in age? That was before FA and we lost a few aging vets and brought in a few while the riders brought in a bunch of aging vets. So I bet if you do the math now the Bombers are probably the younger team.

Good on Harris for milking the Arblows for that amount. I’m wondering if we could have made that work if it was heavily playing incentive. I just don’t see him suiting up for an 18 game season.

Any idea what Harris signed for in TO? Just curious to see what it took and if it was the money he wanted or playing time.

TO makes sense I guess. If he is a projected starter there they have no Canadian to back him up. Wonder which RB they sit over Harris Ouellette or Foster.

I’ve said it a few times. If Harris is holding out for an offer he wants he may never get it. I think TO would be a great spot for him if the Bombers can’t make it work. But will Harris really pick up and move there for an extra $10-$20k? I think he wants the money but also wants a starter spot. And I don’t see any team needing a starter right now.

You probably have to go back to like 69’ and Russ Jackson. Not sure who his backup would have been but prob a Canuck.

I feel for Jefferson. Losing teammates sucks but it’s part of pro sports. We have resigned like 44 players and may end up losing a max of 25. So cheer up and hope these guys come back for the 4peat

At this point. I just don’t see any team offering Harris what he wants. The way teams have been spending like drunken sailors I don’t think a team is going to have spare cash for him. We could just use Strev at RB as well lol

Looks like Patrick Levels is off to Ottawa. I think Ottawa is having a hell of an off season thus far. Yes it’s early still but starting the season off against them back to back may not be the 2 free spaces on the bingo card anymore.

I think with Powell going to Ottawa we need to lock up Brady. And then send Harris a photo of him wearing a rider jersey so that he comes to his senses and signs a team friendly deal and finish his career with The Bombers.

Almost seems like he’s just eye gouging the Riders with that amount.
