I'm still hopeful but lately not too keen on Gray but he is still better than Dobson was in his first start. I've grown to be a Kola fan as I've glued my eyes to the OL this season and think he is much maligned on this board but I really don't feel like arguing tonight so I'll leave it at that. I am excited to see Eli in a pass pro situation. As has been pointed out before, he's mostly just been used to clobber people in a running situation and he has done well at it but seeing him defend stunts etc will be a nice litmus test before he sees reps at C, assuming he can read defenses and call out protection properly

You go right on ahead and compare Salima to two of the greatest QB's the CFL has produced haha I won't stop you, but Collaros and Ray were never once cut from any CFL team and even at his lowest point of his career Collaros was still viewed as a good QB with injury issues and was being dealt for conditional picks that eventually led to his Blue and Gold revenge tour. Ricky Ray was driving truck following his college career when he got the call from the 49ers, years before he ever arrived in the CFL. His San Francisco teammates gave him the moniker Frito-Ray. Ricky Ray was playing pro ball in some indoor league for Rick Worman who sent him the CFL's way.
