I think as long as we keep healthy at the end of the season I don't see how we aren't the favourites again. Last year we lost the GC because our offense was garbage when it counted. Zach was hurt. Bad turnovers. Bad play-calling. Worst game played all year. And we only lost by a point. Now we have Lawler back which to me is like a trump card even when things aren't going well.

Yep. We could see some surprises. What I think is crazy is how we could potentially start the season with what we currently have. I've never seen a roster so complete before training camp.

I think Darvin would be a better fit at the boundary WR spot than Bailey. That said...I feel money is better spent elsewhere. We have Schoen and Lawler. Those 2 alone could carry our passing game.

Steinauer and Osh are friends. But Steinauer is defintely more prone to taking guys with low character.

Walters would be dumb to let him play this year at his rookie salary when he could get a contract extension. Less of a question of what is fair and more about what is smart IMO.

One can hope the team has Demski all but signed and they are just waiting to file with the league. Re: Lawler. I'm a huge fan. Would take him over Geno. Pretty much unstoppable in any part of the field catching the ball.

Hard to compare bc if you don't have Demski then you are potentially missing an impact player elsewhere due to his national status. So net impact is arguable

This. I hate misinformation. And there were many people that used it: logical fallacies, fake science, whatever. Mostly junk. A lot that didn't want to get the vaccine so we could go back to normal. But it was a losing battle. But they were right about one thing in my mind and that was the mental health toll it took on all of us to avoid contact to stay healthy. I'll get the vaccine but I'm just not up for anything that is going to put us back in that situation. So much less judgment from me for people who aren't pushing misinformation and just say they don't want to get it. I also weigh my love for the Bombers very strongly so I'm pretty stoked about this signing.

As much as I like Rose this is true. We have two more than capable corners now in Lawrence and Houston. Then if we have Nichols, Parker, Holm, BA, Darby.. Not to mention our ability to scout DBs... I don't see a big contract coming for Rose

As someone who has bounced around jobs and roles the last couple years...knowing what you're good at and your goals is key to happiness in the workplace. Getting promoted can be bad if the job isn't for you.
