Hey guys, here's an idea. How about we actually play a regular season game or two, with our true roster and full playbooks before crapping our pants like a bunch of infants. I swear this city, and fan base has the most unintelligent, uninformed "supporters" in professional sports. Mike Kelly may have been out to lunch on a lot of things, but when he said this city has the most schizophrenic fans in the CFL, he was bang on the money. Sure there is a good possibility that it may be a tough season, but at the same time it may also be a good one as well. Does anybody remember our pre-season record in 2011 when we went to the Grey Cup without searching for it? Of course not. Why? Because it doesn't bloody hell matter. ****!

Some comments from Lawless a few moments ago on H&L., take them for what you will. Apparently Burke wanted to part ways with Hefney on Tuesday when the charges came out, but Mack wanted to wait. After reviewing the game film, Burke again approached Mack, to which he obviously gave his approval.

I'm personally happy to see him gone. His antics were more than enough. I won't be shedding any tears if Jovon follows whenever his time with the team comes to an end.

Hope Nichols is okay. Never want to see injuries, especially in pre-season.

I think the main issue here is not so much that he got caught, especially given the amount and how much of the general population smokes, but moreso that he didn't tell the team on his own what happened.

Rich, is it possible to get the Twitter feed available when you click on Bomber forum, general discussion, etc? You can only see it when you're on the community page selecting what part of the site you want to enter. IIRC you could see the Twitter feed in General Discussion, Bomber Discussion on the previous version.

Considering how we were pressed for time for last years draft, shall we get the first league going soon to try and avoid a repeat this year?

I would drive to New York, pick him up, and bring him straight to Winnipeg if Noel were to get sacked. So many great coaches for hire out there right now. Ruff, Boucher, Torts, yet were stuck with Noel.

For what its worth to the folks saying they'd bow out, Fantaseh.com is free this year, so if there is enough interest, especially as new posters come along why not have a second league?
