After the West Final, having lost, like, 1 of our last 12 or something (??), there was a real sense that we were dominant and going to crush whoever we played in the GC.

It absolutely was not a false flag. We dominated the west last year. It was just Toronto and Montreal we had a ton of trouble with.

Canada was awful. Shots on goal were wildly misleading... Canada had very few quality scoring chances. Terrible nonchalant effort... Deserved to lose for sure.

That's a shame. I haven't seen S2 yet but really enjoyed S1. Bridges and Lithgow are incredible.
