Brutal that we went a whole season without any positive COVID tests, but then we go into that shithole out east and come home with some.....****.

we've got my inlaws and one straggler. 5 adults, no kids. Everyone triple vaxxed. I'm still really uneasy about it. Going to MB on Monday to visit various people (all triple vaxxed) and EXTREMELY uneasy about that. My wife is relatively safe and vaxxed, but refuses to cut back on social gatherings after being "locked down" last year, so we're at odds, to say the least. I just want to hide under a pile of coats and someone call me when it's all over.

I want a mandated *true* lockdown for one month, to get things under control and then slowly creep out from under the pile of coats.

so just out of curiosity, what are you folks doing in terms of Christmas gatherings? Aare you cancelling everything altogether, and staying within your own household? Limited gatherings outside household? No change at all? Just curious how others are approaching Omicron and Christmas...

I know that we can't trust anything Jones says, but I was reading some of his quotes yesterday after officially being hired, and he said they wouldn't be doing much in FA.....so we'll see about Steele's claims. As has been suggested, I think it's most likely that a lot of his overrated henchmen from Sask come back to him than anything.

Well, Alberta finally opened up boosters to 18+ and I'm finally #TripleVaxxed!! Won't have the full immunity benefits for a couple of weeks, I suppose, but I definitely feel a lot better about Christmas stuff now...
