First series Collaros did that stupid thing where he tried to pull the ball out of the running back too late again and it cost them. He needs to process things quicker.

I think a lot of the problems with this team are summed up thusly, you either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

But you said they should always be looking over your shoulder. Modern coaches who have the most success balance the forgiveness with making moves. Oshea used to do that but lately it seems they are really reluctant to make changes for God knows why reasons. As I said, a coach needs to know what changes to make and when.
