  1. DBS go back 15 yards entire front 7 on the line of scrimmage leave no one covering the 8 yard passes. What could possibly go wrong?
  2. Lapo wasn't fantastic either but really I blame this game entirely on Hall. Terrible game plan and it sucked the life out of the offence. Momentum is a real thing in sport and a defense that is happy to roll over and die just drains the life from everyone. I am officially on the Ritchie Hall can GTFO bandwagon. Waste of a perfectly good front 7 the way he used them last night.
  3. Hall got his lunch money stolen and the he got stuffed in a locker. Just totally outcoached. Am I mistaken or was the first Hamilton punt not until 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter? It's ******* embarrassing. Not like they even made it hard on Hamilton. They didn't have to make any great plays, it was just a qb knew exactly where to go and got it here to a receiver with no one within 5-10 yards of him. As bad as he Jim Daley 2005 defense. First time I have ever truly been that down o Hall but God damn that was a sorry excuse for a game plan.
  4. bud light, miller high life... y'all need to try some good beers. Do yourselves a favour
  5. your post doesn't make any sense... bud light is undrinkable even if you don't pay $9 for it.
  6. it's quite clearly saying that they were though if you are saying BC should be higher.
  7. If you don't even follow the CFL why bother posting here?
  8. Hebert has always been a piece of ****. Didn't he have some issues with knocking is girlfriend around too? Garbage humans are garbage humans. They don't often change.
  9. That's a big part of it for sure, but it's also a city that is addicted to work in an unhealthy way. There's just this expectation that you work all the bloody time, too few people actually stop to enjoy themselves and their lives.
  10. Part of the problem with Calgary is that there is absolutely no sense of community, Flames have shitty support too and if not for everyone throwing the brand new jersey over their suit when the work day is done cause they gotta use the free tickets they were given by one company or the other the dome would be half empty for them every night too.
  11. You just don't understand how brilliant the plan is. Jones is the most stable genius going, he's proven he's the best. Don Matthews come again to save Canada's Team.
  12. I absolutely love the starting front 7, man oh man that's a good group, and how long has it been since we've rolled out a linebacking corps that looks like that? Bighill is such a revelation for this team.
  13. How do you build a roster where at the first hint of an injury you're swapping guys from O to D? How in gods name is that a plan? And not just one guy, but a bunch of guys... it's stupidity.
  14. At this point I think we can safely say that Harris is a fair weather qb and with shitty weather last night surprise surprise he didn't do well. Learned a bit too much from Burris I guess.
  15. It's a neat segment but man could both of those guys use some polishing. Love the candid way Harris talks but you can tell he's not a natural on the mic yet. Hopefully it keeps progressing cause it's a really cool idea.
  16. you know what, if this team winds up in a situation where both Nichols and Streveler are too good and both need to play and earn money I'll call it a good problem to have.
  17. See and I think a pissed off Harris is a far more dangerous player. I don't see a problem with it. He didn't like a hit and it's got him fired up, let him use that energy.
  18. We aren't ranking careers though, only what they've done so far this season, and Ray for example was terrible this season and Streveler hasn't. Streveler could bust hard from here on out and Ray will get into the HOF no questions asked, but through 2 weeks of the regular season Streveler has been the better qb. and jennings? he did less against montreal than Streveler did so why is he ahead?
  19. Every team needs a whipping boy for the fans to get after and the rest of the defense people quite like.
  20. that's spoken with the benefit of hindsight. There was no reason he shouldn't have kept playing, it's just a damned shame that this happened to him. It's a cruel sport sometimes. Anyway if that is indeed a career for Ray he was one of the good ones. Class act and a damned good player, ice water in his veins and probably single handedly prevented Milt and Khari and that group from getting a cup.
  21. I thought I saw a tweet saying that the record was 9 games held by 2 players and that Masoli had a chance to tie that record, but I really didn't pay a lot of attention so I could be mistaken.
