Just no fight on the TD play. Unfortunately Bombers proving so far this season if teams come out physical they'll back down.

Yeah, they don't do much deep. You'd think you'd run a D with a lot of two high safeties and just fill in under that to formation if they run bunch or whatever. But we'll be in match coverage and give them a shot to get the ball out wide to a receiver 1 on 1 and hope the DB makes the tackle.

After penalty on TD play for Elks their options are take the 15 on the kickoff, take 15 on a single PAT kick from 10, or take the ball on the 1 yard line for a 2 point PAT. They took it on the kickoff. 2 point PAT there makes it a 12-3 game. Rider TD at most would have made it 12-11 for the Elks. Major strategic failure.

What is that returner thinking? Single...but also just about handed them a TD...all the Riders are onside.

It's almost sad how excited they are. Only need a rouge. Good thing the punter is warmed up.

How Sask can't scheme up a run game with those two backs and even a gadget-y guy like Alford is beyond me. If they are so short receivers why isn't Alford out there?
