By reading this I believe you don't really understand the point. It's not like it's the same to run the guys out there for 60 snaps instead of 40 or 45. You'd rather have Jeffcoat at his best for 40 snaps than dead tired for 70. It's not really an either/or situation. They have the roster spot to get another body on D.

I want them to focus on fixing the offense. Other stuff like special teams is harder with roster, we are down a few important Canadians. The offense has so many weapons. Fix it. Should be able to stay on the field all night. On special teams if we can't cover...kick better! We don't have to kick it deep if Castillo can't get it inside 15.

They apply the penalty from the 10 on flags in goal. Is that what you mean? So the 15 yard no yards puts it on 25.

The single I would have handed back was the one with the No Yards. Gave up a point for 15 yards. Would have started at 25 with no point. Gave them a point to get to the 40.

No they played a ton of zone. We just kept running out 3 by 2 (or 2 by 2 with extra OL). No real use of motion or formation tonight to create matchups. The max protect issue is one to think about too. We are wasting an eligible player on an OL most of the game. So the D has an extra guy in coverage all the time.

They need to focus on isolating him. Get everyone else to the field. Force the defense to either play him straight up or commit 2 defenders and leave space in the middle of the field for the rest to work. This offense is doing less with more on a weekly basis, often getting bailed out by Oliviera and a few big plays. They better have. TSN sure wanted to move along.

Parker was awful on kick cover. Can't really know who is contain but he was usually wide guy on right side of kickoffs and punt covers, consistently getting beat to the sideline on punts.

Offense has real deficiencies in scheme. Rely way too much on the big play for the weapons we have. Get bogged down because forcing the big play, not driving consistently.
