I chose to hide a number of posts in this thread because it had all kinds of potential to go sideways (there were a couple of good replies to the original post but due to quotes etc please consider it an issue of friendly fire and me simply trying to get the conversation back to where it should be). It goes back to last year in the Grey Cup game. Zach didn’t look particularly solid there either but his play (this year) is really emblematic of the team’s performance as a whole. We simply don’t know what to expect week in week out. This edition of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers is wildly inconsistent.

God damn do we ever have an amazing and diverse group of receivers. Unselfish. Buy into their roles. Step up when they have to.

Why does this feel like the BC game?

There was a play last week where Eli absolutely MAULED the player lined up across from him .. just blew him up and pancaked him. It was awesome. For the life of me I can't understand why he doesn't take more snaps. This team, this year, it feels like we are trying to allow certain vets to ride off into the sunset instead of having hard discussions about people's future.

Three REALLY bad INTs .. poor decisions that are costing the team. Zach is the embodiment of the team this year. Inconsistent as ****.

The donut boys just dropped a giant deuce in that toilet bowl they have in Saskatchewan ..

That was a REALLY ugly way to win a game.
