That sign is there is remind rider fans that they are not the best fans like they think.

And more people on the rider bandwagon? Yeah lots of bandwagon jumpers in Saskatchewan I agree, it's a big part of what makes the fanbase garbage in human suits.

So its ok for Bombers organization to toot their own horn but bad for the Riders fans to do it?  Weird

Bandwagon?  Riders have lead the league in home and away attendance and TV ratings  for years.

Actually the chain has a story within the locker room. At the beginning of the year all the defensive plays got one link. Meaning they are only one link in the chain together all the links in the chain are where their strength comes from. So a couple weeks ago they put the links together. When someone makes a good play it’s often because of all the links in that chain worked together. Marcus Sayles explained this on the post game show.

What a coincidence,  seriously what are the chances that the Riders would introduce a big chain to put around the neck of players who make big plays that the Bombers would later do the same and then claim theyve been doing it all year.  LOL

Oh yeah how DARE we question the greatness of the BEST FANS IN THE CFL!!!11!!!

Here's a pro-tip, I don't give a **** what you or your other Riders fans think of Bomber fans, it's your fanbases collective shitty behaviour that has made the rest of the league hate you all so much, not the Riders, you the **** head fans.

I agree that Riders fans like to toot their own horn.    Kinda like that big sign at IG Field saying Bombers fans are the loudest in the CFL?  Face it, Riders fans and Bombers fans are one and the same, there are just alot more Riders fans.

It started in 2003, I remember it vividly. Team wasn't a complete joke and TSN started hyping up the Rider fans as being such diehards to put up with such **** (and to be clear the ones who actually did, yeah I got respect for them) but what happened is every ******* johnny come lately decided that yeah they were one of those special fans, real super fans who are clearly superior to everyone and it's poisoned the entire fanbase. They're all trash now who think the sun shines out of their asses.

They are insufferable and the absolute worst thing about the CFL

This post is like Winnipeg making fun of Regina because of its cold winters.   Have you read many of the comments in this thread?  Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

That's the crux of that team..all me first guys..Purifoy..Edam..Gainey..Evan's.. Hughes..I bet Michah Johnson Hope's to get the heck outta there as that's not the culture he is accustomed to..prob reason why he has done Jack **** there this yr..hoping he gets released in offseason as not earning his cheque..prob go back to Cgy and be dominant again..just like Dennis who hated it in Sask

I hope we actually grab second..host a playoff game for the fan base then waltz onto Sask again like last year and end their season..again..and continue to be undefeated in playoffs in their toilet bowl stadium..

How are Purifoy and Edem me first guys?  I guess you missed the part where the Bombers all of sudden are wearing a big play chain as well, you know what they say about immitation.    And Micah Johnson comes from the culture of Bo Levi Mitchell, the whiniest player in the league.  Try again Booch

    Hello McFly,

    This is from CFL.ca.

"TORONTO — The Hamilton Tiger-Cats clinched first place in the East Division on Saturday night despite not playing a single down of football.

With the Ticats out on a Week 18 bye, Hamilton just needed the Montreal Alouettes to lose or tie against the Blue Bombers to clinch the division.

The Bombers defeated Alouettes 35-24 at IG Field, meaning Hamilton claimed first in the East and will host the Eastern Final on November 17."

So they did have a chance to finish first.

Remember that even a fool can be thought of as wise until he opens his mouth and removes all doubt.

My mistake, I was under the impression that the Als only had 2 games left after their game against the Bombers.

*CHecks next week's schedule*...Those lucky motherfuckers in the rectangle province just get all the ******* breaks.

It's like the football gods just when full mellonhead.

When the Eskies win today- all of the last games for the riders will be against teams with nothing left to play for....

Riders have been playing with a backup QB since week 1.

    Dear Brock,
    Well, maybe only 1st place.

They would have to have had won out and Hamilton lose...but do you honestly think they didn’t try? 😳

Don't try to figure these thing out..your head will hurt.

    - sincerely Cody Lancaster

Not sure how good you are at math but it’s impossible for the Als for finish 1st even if they won yesterday.

Oh yeah fear the Riders playing a pile of back up qbs all the time. So scary. They got Montreal with Pipkin in the game and got a BS win with only playing 3 quarters, not only did they get Hamilton with Evans starting his first game, they were also missing Banks in that one too which is a massive part of their offense. No games against Edmonton early and now might get to face them with Logan Killgore in... yeah everything is falling into place for them this season, but don't expect things to stay rosey, especially the turnovers thing. Teams will start to take away the quick slants and Fajardo's noodle arm won't be able to throw into tight spaces when that happens and his deep ball is a complete floater.

Just because you hope and pray something is true doesn’t make it so.

agree...real crap shoot this year...I actually kinda like we are taking a big greasy dump right now...gota few weeks to figure it out as opposed to taking one in week 18

Ummm, Bombers just dropped from 1st place to 3rd place to 2 teams that have played one less game than them.  Other than playoffs this is the worst possible time to nosedive.

Our defense is more then good enough to win a championship.

On offense our o-line as of late has sucked (coincidence that the decline started when they made changes on the original group which was having great success) ,  our RB is still awesome.    We have good enough receivers,  some guys need to sit (Whitehead / Demski).    The QB'ing of course is the only question mark and of course the coaching.

If we played fantasy trades and somehow Reilly was on our team with a O-Coordinator that isn't so passive....  I think it would make a world of difference.

The similarities between this Bombers team and last years Riders team are fascinating.   Horrible QBing with an excellent defence, it doesn't end well.

The Riders are not a good team, but their record is better than almost everyone expected, and yes, it is due to their coaching. Whoda thunk? Similarly, it was unanimously believed here that the Bombers would be the best team in the league, let alone the west. Pride goeth before a fall.

Every measurable in football says you are wrong.    For example, did you know the Riders have given up the least amount of turnovers?  Thats amazing with a QB who's in his first season as a starter.

To say a team that has won 9 o f their last 10 games as not good is just silly talk.

  13. 1 hour ago, Booch said:

I did say that...as did others...and they got more than lucky obviously...they are 10-4 I will give them that...but not a powerhouse 10-4 by any means...and will bow out quickly in play-offs...

Going by your history I guess that means their chances of hoisting the cup this season are excellent

  14. 23 minutes ago, Booch said:

son??..hahaha...okay pops...and what game did the riders out play Winnipeg?...last game...not really...banjo bowl?...nope..LDC?...nope...if anything it may have been even in 2 of the games but thats a stretch...

Thats funny.  Riders outplayed the Bombers in just about every measurable the other night, plus their defence dropped 3 easy INT's.   And I agree with Doug Brown, if anything that score flattered the Bombers.   Also looking at the LDC, it was a close game but all that matters is the Riders won on a last minute drive where the Bombers defence folded, to me that is getting outplayed when it counted the most.   You can't continue to try and polish the Blue Bombers turd as that becomes almost comical coming from someone who is consistently wrong on just about every topic.   Keep your predictions coming Booch, its entertaining.

maybe u can eff off too....but we cant be so lucky...like your riders have been....flawed team as much as any other in league...and truth be told lucky to have beat us and any thought otherwise shows your intelligence

I recall you saying the Riders would be lucky to win 3 games this season.  Why do you think anything you say can be taken seriously?
