  1. Why should Edm risk their starters in a mean nothing game to help the Stamps? Each team puts themselves in the position they are in, simple as that.
  2. MOP - Fajardo Lineman - Dennis Defensive - Lawrence Rookie - Acklin Canadian - Judge ST - Grant
  3. Weird that there was no mention that the Riders basically played the whole season with their backup QB and a makeshift OL.
  4. Without intention you’re basically saying the Riders had an easier schedule because they didn’t have to play the Riders.
  5. ESF - Mtl beats Edm East Final - Hamilton beats Mtl WSF - Calgary beats Wpg West Final - Sask beats Calgary Grey Cup - Sask vs Hamilton (they split the season series, it’s a toss up)
  6. FAJARDO, Cody 25/35 429yards 2TD’s 0 INTs
  7. Not really. Last year the Riders lost to the Esks by a couple points and the year before they beat the Esks 54-30 at Commonwealth.
  8. Complimenting the Bombers on a solid win in all 3 facets of the game gets you this worked up??? Yikes
  9. Who knew Collaros could actually play a part in the Riders potentially getting 1st place. Excellent game by the Bombers in all 3 facets, wouldn’t be surprised at all if the Lions beat the Stamps next weekend as well. My prediction 1) Riders 2) Bombers 3) Stamps
  10. The heavy favourite to be the west nominee for MOP. Excellent signing for the Riders and for the league for that matter.
  11. So give up the Bombers opportunity to host a playoff game just to spite the Riders? Wow that’s a lot of hate.
  12. Yup, totally felt bad for him. Sit on the PR all season, get your shot then blow out your knee. Tough game.
  13. Feed the rock all night to Harris and there is a very good chance the Bombers can upset the Stamps.
  14. Anything can happen in the CFL but I highly doubt this will happen after having a quick glance at their gameday roster. Must be at least 6 starters Ive never heard of.
  15. Oh so you are picking and choosing while moving the goal posts. Fact of the matter is this, both the Riders and the Bombers have had difficult times financially and are thankfully both now doing very well. Cheer up.,
  16. If you really believe that then more power to you, but youre wrong. Other than a few more sports teams I see no difference between Winnipeg and Stoon/Regina. World class museums, check to both provinces. World class sports and entertainment facilities, check to both provinces. Outstanding bars and restaurants, check to both. Beautiful parks, check to both. World class festivals and concerts, check to both, etc. You got too much hate, Sask and Manitoba are both great places and that is a fact.
  17. So you admit the Bombers were in a similar situation as the Riders after you bash the Riders for being in a tough situation financially. Weird.
  18. Youre making no sense. When did I say that Packers did it to save their butts? Packers did it for a source of revenue and for something special for their fans. Riders did it for their fans and as a new source of revenue as well, like I said, it obviously worked.
  19. I believe the Green Bay Packers have done something similar, seems like a great idea for a source of revenue. Have you seen the Riders' new players facility? Seems as though this one of many ideas that have worked.
  20. No question that was a tough time for the Riders franchise, makes where they are now that much more fascinating.
  21. That's a cute post, funny that you mention the little man syndrome when that is exactly what your post represents. Do you know how many lakes there are in Saskatchewan? About 100,000 Do you know how many lakes are in Manitoba? A little over 100,000. And its funny that you bring up big city life in the little city of Winnipeg. Don't get me wrong, I love Winnipeg but to claim its some kind of metropolis is comical. Heard last night you guys are no longer selling out the smallest arena in the league for NHL games, but I can't stand hockey so who really cares. Face it, Winnipeg, Regina, and Saskatoon are one and the same, all fun smaller cities with lots to offer. Took my kids to the zoo in Winnipeg this past summer, it was outstanding. Cheer up son, life isn't as miserable as your post's suggest it is.
  22. Riders were awful in 2015, 2016, and 2017. Did their attendance and TV ratings fall? I honestly don't know, I am curious since you seem to know.
