Have you seen Myers play in Vancouver? It's a positive he signed that ridiculous contract. Trouba should have been traded the first time he held out, since there was a zero percent chance he'd stay. If Laine hadn't have been such a baby he'd still be here. That or more coddling was required to keep him happy.

Lowry played 15.29 minutes per game last season. In my opinion that's a far cry from probably 12 minutes. I guess you don't really notice all that he does on a team.

He was forced to hire a new head coach since he only had an interm one. Usually new head coach means new assistants. He hasn't made any significant roster moves, is that better and more clear?
