I understand what you're saying but I see it two ways. Yes, it may reduce the number of Nationals, which I do not agree with, but it also leads to more players staying with their team. I can't think of a good reason for Trotz to come here. The leadership is horrible. The last coach had to fire himself. The "star" centre sounds like he wants to run the team or leave if he doesn't get what he wants.

Players practice year-round, so I doubts it's an issue to the PA. They're here and they're getting into game shape. Players seemed concerned with padded practices, not practices in general.
