We fall into that too often. We aren’t effective blitzing lbers but do it too often. We need to get pressure with 5 or less consistently. Other than the odd db blitz Reality of modern cfl offense is that you aren’t going to keep the guy in front of you or be in his pocket down field. You have to limit the passing windows with pressure.

I’d love that but very much doubt it. Even if they are healthy soon they will need a couple weeks to get in shape and get the rust off. we are scary thin at dl db and wr on the game day roster. Rb too. In the off season the bombers should trade down in the draft get more picks and really go after depth / teams guys. They’ve been trying to hit homers on upside for soo long the years have really depleted our depth. Time to restock. I’d even be happy to see some future assets traded for plug and play teams ni types mid season. Richie type deals.

I think it’s the worst/cheapest part. If you have great sauce and crust but hardly any cheese and cheap veg/meat it’s junk and vice versa. for the bombers the day will be decided by our ol again. If we can prevent the riders pass rush and keep collaros clean it’ll be a big day.

Yes but they use a 30 front and walker at edge for a hand full of plays. It’s not as thin as it seems. At least we have one more body at dl. Jackson can play de some too. Jake is always the oh crap dl that moves to ol in a pinch. when needed they change numbers in game. It’s happened twice before. Yeah excited to see fox. I wish Jackson got real de reps in pre season. I don’t mind carrying him as a da to play teams and short yardage plus heavy set but I’d love to see some defensive versatility too. That and or Hansen being healthy. If he was 100 this wouldn’t be an issue. Plan is no one get hurt. wonder if cap space is real tight and the globals are just dirt cheap. Keeping a couple of these guys around while we cut blue chip imp prospects in camp is real confounding.
