Als @ TiCats / Riders @ Eskis - The Final Showdown

In Hamilton - It's all or nothing for the Tiger Cats.  Win today and they will win the East, but lose and they will be eliminated.  For Montreal, a win today would cap off a huge season of turnarounds for team that seemed all but lost midway though the season, yet they've now surpassed the 500 mark and would get an improbable 10 wins by winning today.  Hell of a game coming here.

In Edmonton - What do the Esks want to do?  Do they want to go into conservative mode and sit their starters and prepare to play the Riders next week, or do they want to send the men in green out east should Darrian Durant come back next week?  Either way they'll be hosting the east semifinal to one of those 2 teams.

  • It's a playoff, playoff game. It's pretty huge. Montreal wants to win - 1st place is their reward. It's right there, they can taste it. Hamilton has to win - they are motivated.   The weather wil

  • Just an FYI Hamilton has to win by 8 points or more to win the division since Montreal took their first matchup by 7 earlier this season.  They can win by less than that and take second.

  • And he comes up limping but stays in the game...what a shocker

Grigsby had a couple of good games with us, too- remember? I have no rancor for him, but he is still a below average back. I'm betting he doesn't even get an invite to the 'Cats training camp next year.

Hey, I thought he was a decent player, and quite good as a receiving running back. I defended him on here plenty.

Then he gets demoted, quits on the team, and insults all our intelligence with his ridiculous twitter comments about how he never quits - as he is literally quitting. Then he turns around and can sign with a team that will be hosting a playoff game. Pretty hard to be supportive of the guy after that.

Provided with 2 receivers who can catch anything within 10 yards of them and can't be covered, Crompton still completes half his passes.  Says it all.  He's like a poor man's Jay Cutler.

Will be interesting to see what kind of deal Duron Carter gets from a NFL team.  I bet he'll have offers from most teams.

It's a shame but it looks like the CFL will lose him next year.

Jury still out on Grigsby here but , in his defense, he played great on Sat. and was a difference maker.

What? He ran through some big holes, and got tackled by the first guy who touched him as usual.

This is what i thought too... Able to hit gaping holes but still down on first contact and still not a game changer..
