I don’t care as much this year about the jets as I usually do. I didn’t care for the signing of the washed vets this off season. Toews would be an ok 3 or 4 guy now tho but not a 2 c. But I’ll admit since the break they have been playing so much better.

11 game losing streak will do that. If only they played .500 then it be a whole different story. Maybe not in the first round but playoff appearance is still a win in my books.

Personally the White outs really help with the cash flow of my business early in the my work year. Really clinging onto any hope 😂

Absolute laser by Scheifele.

Not sure if its 1-1 or Avs 0-2 Jets

Salo 2-1 Jets

Go devils

Imagine being the coach and going yup. Pp2 will be 2 guys we wished we didn’t sign and Rosen who literally can’t skate as slow as Toews and Nyquist even when he tries. Barron. Nah. Koepke? Nah. ******* Toews and Nyquist lol.

This is a good game. Scheifele should have made team Canada. He’s gonna hit 100 points. Also team Canada would have won if it went to a shootout cuz Helle doesn’t win shootouts.

happy deborah kerr GIF

I respect Barron for standing up for himself, but no way should he drop the gloves with Manson. Especially after taking that charge.

Pionk gets embellishment for taking a shot in the back of the head? Okay.

They can lose 2 games apparently. But rough schedule prob means not gonna make it.

They tease, they tease then bam! rip the ole heart out causing palms of hands to cover eyes while mumbling why do I do sports so much, find another hobby.

They need to win 2 more games than wildcard 2 really. What we want is clean losses for teams in front of us. We can win in OT against anyone but those teams we chasing for WC2, if we play them again needs to be 2 in regulation. Don’t think we play Nashville or LA or Seattle again tho.

Blackhawks

Stars

Blue Jackets

Kraken - so we do.

Blues

Philly

Vegas

Mammoth

Sharks.

Tough schedule. I see 5 or 6 wins tho. Perhaps hawks kraken blues Vegas Philly and even sharks in final game. Maybe we could beat Dallas Columbus and Utah also.

It’s possible. We just basically beat the best team in the league 2 out of 3 times so who knows. If they play like they did against the Avs, it’s very possible but Nashville and LA needs to lose. 18 possible points left = 92 points. I dunno. Most years it’s not enough but the west is kinda weak this year. 3 points out currently. 4 points away from 10th in the west in the wildcard standings and top 5 pick. Crazy. St. Louis has won 4 in a row and are 1 point behind us now. The teams in front are all L1 streaks. Nashville is L2. Teams behind us are w1 w4 w1. It’s just crazy.

Does it really do the franchise any good to make playoffs this year and miss out on a decent draft pick? This isn't exactly a cup contender even if they do manage to squeak in...

Debbie Downer here. They’re past the point of no return. Worst scenario is they’ll finish just outside of the playoffs negating a high draft pick and continue the illusion of not needing a significant re-tool, just need some slight tweaks. Or as I lower my debbie downer glasses and go all in they surge into the playoffs and win it all. :)
