  • Nobody's saying at this point, and CoD really doesn't matter. We've lost one of the all time greats. Imagine the confidence it takes to be a drummer in Dave Grohl's band....??? The balls on that guy.

  • My favourite Liotta performance was as Henry Hill in Goodfellas. That movie is just so good and stands up today. He was just ridiculous in it.  My favourite movie that Liotta was in is Field of D

  • any of you that have never seen the Comedy Central "Roast Of Bob Saget", go track it down online. One of the best (THE best??) they've ever done. Gilbert Gottfried's set is straight up one of the funn

I really hope that doesn't happen anytime soon (ironically he performed at the 1981 Oscars as well I had no idea On the Road Again was an Oscar nominated song but hey I manage to learn something new when I watch them, shame he lost to Fame though, but 1981 was a busy year for the best original song category it was between Willie, and Dolly, and Dionne and the two songs from Fame) too bad Loretta didn't write a new song for the CMD it could have been eligible too

was waiting for her statement, I wonder if she'll ever get her own biopic

Ms. Lynn provoked a lot of outrage from many of the lyrics in her songs. She addressed abortions, broken marriages and so forth which caused near-apoplexy among Southern Baptist ministers and their flocks.

I should really see that film someday

That's done, Sissy Spacek's a good singer (she definitely earned her Oscar), I bet Loretta and Patsy are performing a helluva show up there (I had to google the second she brought up the show in Kansas and I thought oh ****). Tommy Lee Jones was so young then I almost didn't recognize him. I wonder if Crystal Gale will ever get a biopic...hard to miss the Minnie Pearl cameo

One of my favorite actors of all time. Her voice was incredible and her presence on-screen was great. I loved the voiceover work she did.

She walked into the studio, after flying all night, and nailed it. They thought maybe they should make it a rock song. Angela put them in their place and laid down the track. (As the legend goes...)

That's all she wrote.

An international treasure.

Ms. Lansbury accepted a job to host a sex-education film for teens back in the 60's. Its rare but can be found if you look hard enough. It was unintentionally hilarious and she looked wooden and uncomfortable. Probably not included in her resume.

We are saddened over the passing of Bruce Sutter. Sutter was a dominant pitcher and a member of the '82 World Series Championship team. He is a member of both the National Baseball Hall of Fame and the Cardinals Hall of Fame. Our thoughts are with Bruce's family and friends.

Robbie Coltrane, who starred as Hagrid in the “Harry Potter” films, has died at 72, his agent told the BBC on Friday.

“Robbie will probably be best remembered for decades to come as Hagrid... a role which brought joy to children and adults alike, prompting a stream of fan letters every week for over 20 years,” his agent Belinda Wright said.
