Maurice is a hockey genius.  There is no issue with goaltending.  Every issue relates back to some science of hockey that we just dont understand.  Thank goodness Paul Maurice is here to explain it to us.  We might not win any games but there is no one smarter at explaining why its no ones fault than Paul Maurice.

Start shuddering because Hutch and Stuart are both signed for next year. (Maybe Vegas needs a gritty old timer on the blue line making too much money?)

I bet they re-sign Thorburn, unless they think they've got a Mooseketeer that fill the role. Hopefully, the Jets can just move past the enforcer type this offseason.

Thorburn isnt an enforcer.  His fights are all set up fights between him and whomever fights on the other team.  Its a self fulfilling thing where, they fight to justify their ice time and their ice time is there because they fight.  Its garbage.  I dont remember the last time someone victimized a Jets player and then ws shaking in his stakes because Thorbun was coming on next.
