  1. There was a reason Bogo, Trouba and Enstrom all suddenly were "injured" and disappeared for a month back in 2014...
  2. Enstrom will end up on a moose all right, somewhere in the middle of Northern Sweden...
  3. I think you meant Enstrom. EDIT - saw you fixed it - sorry.
  4. Man I would have loved to have been a witness at an arbitration hearing for Toby Enstrom.
  5. not sure what's the obsession with moving Myers. I get it that we have to lose a few guys for cap reasons, and Enstrom is definitely one of those we lose. Not sure who else? Buff/Little/Wheeler one day will have to go too.
  6. Pretty simple - Enstrom comes out, Kuli goes in. This is not rocket science.
  7. No Enstrom = big advantage for us. If we get through this series I would like to see Toby firmly cemented to the press box for the rest of the playoffs.
  8. I hope Perreault makes it through at least one game in this series. It seems that whenever the going gets rough, Perreault gets going, to sick bay. Followed pretty quickly by Enstrom.
  9. Niku looked every bit a rookie out there, but he got saddled with Buff as his D partner and I wouldn't wish that on any rookie. I would rather he have a full season under his belt before being thrown into a playoff game. As for Enstrom, I think everyone here knows how I feel.
  10. How many Enstrom family members are there? I assume that a second Enstrom relative is being held hostage with instructions "every time you are in the corner with the puck, you will surrender it to a member of the opposition, usually with another member of the opposition wide open in front. Or your cousin..."
  11. I am a big "no" on Plekanec. He plays so soft he makes Enstrom look like Shea Weber.
  12. I love it when people tell me what my opinions are. So awesome. I'm not a fan of Enstrom because he coughs up the puck so easily. He's a weak player. As for me "crapping" on Stanley, thanks for reacting, I honestly didn't know my opinion was so valuable that it's causing discussion on here. I have only watched him play once live - in Penticton - and he was awful. That was awhile ago. I caught a Kitchener game on Sportsnet a few months ago and he didn't look nearly as bad. Mostly I am slagging Stanley because I know it causes certain posters here to go ape-poop. Reality is - I saw Tyler Myers when he was a rookie with the Rockets. He looked like Bambi on ice out there. But he grew into his body. I think Stanley can do the same. I hope when he's 24 he's a total stud.
  13. I didn't say that they are better without Enstrom and Buff, I just said that they were much better than Edmonton's D. Watching our guys walk around their D consistently was amazing to watch. We should have won that game 10 - 0. Can't believe Armia missed the net on that feed from Lowry, and that Ehlers rush should have resulted in a goal too.
  14. I felt it was both unjust and overly dramatic. Anyway, I don't have an insatiable hatred for Enstrom.
  15. I was unjustly accused of having an "insatiable hatred" of Enstrom by another poster in a different thread. I never want to see anyone hurt and get no joy from seeing Toby leave the line-up due to injury. If this injury is a serious knee injury, you'd have to wonder how many knee injuries Toby can sustain and keep his NHL career going. So is Poolman the next one up? What about the Melch?
  16. "Insatiable hate" - interesting choice of words and pretty unfair comment in my view, given how crappy Toby is (tell me you didn't cringe when you saw Enstrom cough up the puck easily behind Winnipeg's net in that Montreal game for the OT winner and I will call you a liar). I don't want to get rid of Lowry, but I know in trades you have to give up something to get something. Ok then - scratch Lowry, how about Petan/Tanev/Dano/spare part? How is that?
  17. Enstrom the giant wimp coughs up the puck again behind the net. Just brutal.
  18. How about this? LSE Perrault - Little - Wheels Matthias - Lowry-Armia Petan-Copp- Dano (Tanev/Connor) Morrissey - Trouba Poolman-Buff Kulikov-Myers (Enstrom/Chiarot) Helle (Mason)
  19. Unless someone posting here has first hand knowledge or is on the Jets inside management team, aren't we all essentially talking out of our asses? Some of us see something in Enstrom that others do not. We have different opinions based on our experience. It may be a 20 or 30 or even 40 years of experience ass we are talking out of, but we are all doing it.
  20. that is true too. Chiarot and Enstrom need to be replaced ASAP.
  21. I'd prefer anyone on the left side other than Enstrom. And I don't need to "validate" this to you or anyone. If you can't see what a massive liability Enstrom is out there then that's on you.
  22. I didn't find his original post snarky. I think it was a valid point. I also don't believe that we did well by protecting Enstrom. I think you should stop telling other people to stop posting their opinions.
