Taylor Field opened in 1936. It is 2016. That's 80 years, not 100. Seriously that's grade two level adding and subtracting. What do they teach in Saskatchewan.

"It has been the home of the Canadian Football League's Saskatchewan Roughriders in rudimentary form since 1910 and as a complete stadium since 1936"

The field itself is over 100 years old (106 years to be exact). My math is perfectly fine.

Funny, over on the Riders forum, delusion is running wild, there is some consternation whether the last game ever played at Taylor Field will be their last regular season home game or whether it will be their "home playoff date".  Apparently it's important that they say goodbye to the structure in some personal way.  I can't purge the image of thousands of farmers in ball-caps waving "bye-bye" to a dilapidated structure as they slowly walk back to their cars burbling with tears in their eyes.  You just can't make this **** up.

And this is wrong how? We've played in the old barn for over 100 years. Of course we want a proper goodbye.

They'll be OK with Durant, if Durant decides to take another year off however ...

Yeah, no Glenn this year. D would have to be stellar without Durant.

On another note, apparently the whole city of Regina has no power. Wonderful.

EDIT: Proven to be untrue by people on rf. Whole city is not without power.
