Totally agree on McGuire....he needs the reps.....I don't think the short yardage td machine get's it done without meaningful reps. at all phases of the game....I know he can throw.....he just needs to get into a pattern and a rythym with our receivers to fill out his game.....Besides giving Collaros a break it's a good move.....As far as Harris goes....I know that he's chasing goals and that every game means a lot to him but I'm sure he'd agree his health and the team comes first..............

I think Walters is sitting on Liram .....It looks more and more every day that Hajrhulla won't catch on anywhere in the states, and he would likely entertain the notion of accompanying us, along the Grey Cup trail.....IF that's the case we would be awfully foolish not acquiring his services over what is available at this time.......

I don't know why some people are of the definite opinion and the assumption that Grymes making that interception was the dif. maker in that game.......Who's to say that even if he comes up with that interception, that he would have taken it to the house....He isn't that fleet of foot and we have some pretty quick o line guys.....Also there was plenty of time left in the game ....we could have strung together enough to beat that hapless bunch in any event...I guess a few people were of the mind that we would somehow just quit ... LOL....I'm sure Derel Walker with his b.s. comments was of that mind BUT he found out different

How long do we stick with him to figure out everything in the kicking dept.....something he should already possess......He doesn't exactly leave the Bomber faithful with the confidence he should on his attempts....I still think we should be in the hunt for a replacement

Bailey......he had himself a game.....just when the opposition thinks they have us figured out another guy shows his stuff Bighill.......he's having himself a year.....powerhouse of a player that luv's what he does Brady.........admirable performance after taking the reins from Harris....I like his Andrew like ability to power through the oppositions big guns I want to say something about Mourtada.....he picked up his game.....but he still makes me nervous

Muscle memory and the mental aspect have to go hand in hand with any sport that requires precision...Golfing is a great example....I've witnessed professional golfers games fall apart on short putts ...it's called the 'yips' ...They over think what should be an easy part of the game (some say) BUT it can be crucial if the mental part is unfocused....I don't know what Mourtada's problem is ...is it mechanics or mental or both....At any rate he better get it all together in Edm. cuz the clock is ticking and he's working in overtime

After reading what Osh had to say about Mourtada, I have every faith in the world that the guy is going to make himself into the best all around kicker this league has ever seen...I pictured something in the future, that shows Mourtada being lauded for his play, after every attempt at the uprights and booting flawlessly ....Maybe I'm being too optimistic or maybe just dulusional ..................I have worked myself into such a state over this I have made an appointment to see a counsellor ...............Was this wise????.My wife says ..definitely LOL

Sean Whyte dumped all over us in the past as I recall....He may not pass the smell test.....We wanted him when he shook loose a few years ago and he said that Winnipeg was never going to be on his radar or something to that effect....Have things changed?????maybe and he's grown since then??

As for time off IF we clinch early, how about fixing the kicking situation....I don't know when the trade cut off day is but we have to do something if Mourtada craps the bed again....We may have to try a couple of people out there if the kicking game isn't fixed....I hate the 'whistling past the graveyard' routine we've been doing lately with the kickers....It has to be resolved

So what's the answer.....we know what the problem is but how are we going to correct it by Fri......If we think Walters/Osh are going to make any deal , I think you and I would be dreaming in hi definition....I'm afraid we most likely have no choice but to let the guy hack away at the ball...Like Booch said his kicking, other than point after and field goals, has been pretty good....Of course it's not a professional standard the way his overall effort has been...but like I said, it looks like nothing else is coming down the pike....IF his game is bull$hit in Edm. ....yank him and let Leggs do the job, then give the kid his walking papers with a thanx ...see ya....Don't know if Harjullahu is still on our radar but it appears if he isn't ,and is going to stick around the nfl, then we are back to square one

Tuned in the rider/stumps game and 2 things stood out...No 1 ..Cal. showed how important it is to have a reliable field goal kicker....Paredes is money and with the penalty in the last seconds moving the stamps back , Paredes just took it in stride and put the game away.....No. 2....Faj is not a very good qb......Collaros makes him look like a poor no 2...He cannot throw the ball long with any consistency....Blaming his receivers like he did, looks to me like he's shifting the blame...He can only do that so many times before the fanbase gets wise....I know it takes them awhile to catch on over there but it's becoming pretty apparent Faj is a no2 qb. pretending to be a no 1.....He was definitely out gunned by BO and that initself should be a red flag

Make a deal for Ward and entice him into signing a long term deal....This guy is money...just like Meds. was...I'm sure we can cobble together a deal that would be acceptable...Ottawa would have to get something reasonable and it could be upped if Ward signs long term here...We have to quit friggin around with this position as trade deadline approaches ....Get it done or at least make an effort Mr. Walters
