  4. Biden-Supporting Texas Lawyer Murdered in Twisted ‘Satanic Abortion’ Ambush: Cops -El Paso Police Department A man accused of fatally shooting an El Paso lawyer and injuring her husband was arrested this week after hunting the couple down at their home in what he claimed was an effort to root out “satanic activities” including abortions by “magic” at a nearby park. Police are now holding Joseph Angel Alvarez, 38, in the El Paso County Jail under a $2.5 million bond after a SWAT team and detectives arrested him outside his job at a Papa John's Pizza, they confirmed in a news release on Wednesday. Alvarez’s arrest came in connection with the shooting of lawyers Georgette Kaufmann, 50, and Daniel Kaufmann, 47, El Paso Police Department officials confirmed. According to an obituary, Georgette worked in the Texas Attorney General’s Office as an assistant attorney general in the Child Support Division in El Paso for seven years. On the evening of Nov. 14 of last year, officers responded to a shooting call and found Daniel Kaufmann suffering from gunshot wounds at a nearby residence. After a search of the area, police discovered the dead body of his wife. According to court documents obtained by the El Paso Times, Alvarez said he was “executing and exterminating the pro-choice Jewish Satan worshippers” when he descended on the Kaufmanns’ home, ambushing Georgette Kaufmann before trying to enter the home and shoot her husband. Alvarez allegedly targeted a group of four houses that included the Kaufmanns’ because of their proximity to a local park. Police said in an affidavit the suspect committed the crimes based on his belief that the four houses were involved in “satanic activities” associated with Memorial Park. After the murder, police investigators said they uncovered a message that Alvarez had apparently penned to a U.S. Army email address describing extremist beliefs, that included photographs of houses near the park, and images of his victims’ driveway, the affidavit states, per KFOX.
  5. Nah. The wind tends to die down as the sun sets.
  6. No one is saying but he's entered in the third at Assiniboia Downs next week.
  7. The Icelandic parliament sent bank officials to jail for the same practices US financial institutions used that cost the global economy trillions in 2008.
  8. In pure, unadulterated irony, Fox news and network has mandated COVID double vaccination as a condition of continued employment. Murdoch is like a drug dealer, profiting from the ignorance and gullibility of people and caring not about the deaths and misery inflicted.
  9. It must have taken a herculean effort by Pallister to not fall in line with Kenney and Moe considering the cretins in his caucus- I will give him that.
  10. They are willing victims, just as those who walk out the door at -30 without winter wear on are. My sympathy is reserved for those who are misled by clergy and children who are denied this vital healthcare measure by ignorant and arrogant parents. My anger is mostly for those who profit from the misery and deaths of the vulnerable.
  11. Toronto looks in good form, offence, defence and special teams- ought to win the east CFL at this rate.
  12. Agreed. Pols have to play to the crowd, even if it means prostituting their morals. Interesting that Ms. Glover was not accepted back as a police officer but was working as a healthcare aide for half the salary. Despite her working in the healthcare field, she still dismisses the need for protective measures, even for healthcare workers.
  13. Not emotionally invested in either team, but still an entertaining game, like CFL games ought to be.
  14. White running well and the Argo O-line is blocking well tonight.
  15. So far the game is entertaining, and, wonder of wonders, there are two good kick returners in the game!
  16. Yes. Its called "cutting the mic". I happen to think that the only parties that ought to be represented are those who are fielding enough candidates in enough ridings to at least theoretically form a government.
  17. She would fit much better in Kenney's party. She does not believe in vaccinations or masks.

  19. No sense of adventure, eh? There's always going alfresco.

  21. Ex-staffer about to 'set fire' to Trumpworld by exposing 'surprising new scandals' in tell-all: report A former White House official and chief of staff to Melania Trump is about to reveal what a publishing source calls "surprising new scandals" in a new tell-all memoir. Stephanie Grisham, who served as White House press secretary and communications director without ever holding a press briefing, will publish "I'll Take Your Questions Now: What I Saw in The Trump White House" on Oct. 5 under the Harper Collins banner, reported Axios. "There isn't enough water on earth to contain the fire she could set to all of Trump world, including parts like the first lady's orbit, which not many people are in a position to illuminate," said a former West Wing colleague. "It's hard to articulate how much anxiety this is going to cause." A source close to the publication said Grisham "has receipts" from her time in the White House because, as the press secretary, her job required her to know what was happening. "Grisham knows where all the bodies are buried because she buried a lot of them herself," that source said. 22. Good that she was demoted. The anti-vaxers have enough people supporting them.
  23. If that is the case. LeGault would have a weak Conservative leader and a desperate party by the 'nads and could extort major concessions.
