You're not officially old until a) you have to plan how you are going to stand up, b) you're afraid to buy green bananas and/or c) you wonder if you should buy underwear in a three-pack or just one because that might be enough I think they expect and plan to have Ford (theirs, no ours) run a ton of RPO plays and run A LOT. Our linebackers are gonna have to be very active or maybe have BA take responsibility for any Ford runs.

And, wonder of wonders, no head shot or knee shot was needed. Strange. -

Pity that it took an injury whose aftermath is likely to plague him for the rest of his life to make him pull the plug. -

Unfortunately, O'Shea has repeatedly shown himself to be remarkably resistant to learning from experience. -

In watching his highlights, it seems that he runs nice, crisp routes and has great hands but not that fast in a straight line, so he will have to rely on quickness. -

Still, if the Bombers do not bring this guy for a looksee, they will be remiss. Probably a 2-3 year project, but he seems to have potential. -

For me its about crappy service from Bell-MTS and Shaw (even worse) and being forced to subscribe to packages that contain mostly channels I have no use for. I have no doubt that the future will be all TV in streaming services and paying for each show ala carte. That I would go for. -

Overall, yes. The effectiveness of the defence as a whole is dramatically reduced by our D-line and linebackers who just cannot pressure the opposing QBs and RBs. -

Or an IPTV provider. IPTV streaming will cost $15-20 per month and includes every pro sport known to man as well as regular network TV, all specialty channels and hundreds of movies. -

Hi scouting report does point out some weaknesses, mostly that he tends to overrun plays and not pay adequate attention to the whole play. Sounds like this can easily be coached away if he has the smarts and attitude, but physically he looks to have the tools. -

The lateral impact on his knee and the exten tto which it deformed under the impact was horrific to watch, let alone experience firsthand. Despite the picture clearly showing the tackler's hands around Strever's knee and below, the gappers are still defending the hit. Sad to say, this may be it for Streveler's career in pro football. I lived with chronic knee pain for 4 years before my knee replacement and all kinds of bad things happen under those conditions. If the league does nothing, it will be just a matter of time before it happens again to another QB, receiver or RB. -
Or if he has the correct shoelaces.

You are correct. I blame it on old-timers' disease.

From what I could see, he looked to be a candidate for at least the 6-game list. Maybe the rest of the season.

Rookies tend to do a lot of that sort of thing. And now he has taken his magic to Hamilton. Lucky them. The Chinese have a saying that is perfect to describe Jones' tenure in Edmonton: "When a clown moves into a palace, he does not become a king, The palace becomes a circus."

Highly unlikely Ilks will trade Ford unless the bottom falls out of their season and probably not even then. Just dreaming.... BTW: Jesus' name was supposed to be "Brian" until his mother (Mary) stubbed her toe in the dark. -

Trade for Ford if at all workable. Shiltz would be a distant second choice.
