Nobody had said he should start. We’re talking roster spots only. if you bring Murphy on as the backup receiver, then you can take Johnson off the roster and start Lucky and Lawler. Keep Adams on and take one of the CDN d-linemen off

The point would be for him to come on as a back up so that an American like Adams can play and contribute. Johnson has show virtually nothing at receiver.

They need a back up receiver on the roster. Too bad we're out of Cdn back up receivers now. I don't it was anything Adams did, they just wanted Haba on and they weren't going to take out Willie, Garbutt, or Woods, so Adams is the odd man out. I don't like it, but it is what it is.

I wouldn't be surprised if Rourke dresses as the #2 and then comes in part way through the 1st Q when the other guy sucks.

Interested to see what numbers Rourke is getting. Any signing bonus plus is weekly salary for the last nine games can't be insignificant. VA was already paid a lot of his salary. I'm sure they just don't care about the cap and are going all in to win at home this year.
