If we lose...defense plays well and kept us in but that God awful offence just can't get rolling...I can somewhat consider that a positive..and some new recruits on offensive side of ball need to be infused next If we lose...all 3 phases...look bad in doing so..and more poor coaching...with defensive changes...we are a bad bad ....bad team and overhaul needs to commence immediately....that includes coaching

Key...establish dominance on offence early....and keep foot on throat...Nothing cute or trying to be smartest in room....just straight ahead punishment...and things will open up Defense... utilize the athletes we have actually rostered....the best ones....pressure and force Arbuckle to have to make quick decisions...and our back end should feast...play attack defense....not react defense Coach the game with a purpose and with a bit of fire in the belly.....do that, and we will reap the rewards

agreed...I just been out doing some work out in yard for a couple hours..live in south end of city...and to be honest I never even noticed anything, or could smell smoke....not sure if just accustomed to it and cant tell now...but I think it will be played...maybe delayed a bit at worse...but played

Woodbey for a bigger guy is uber athletic....He's be more than capable repping at safety...SAM...Corner along with Will....need to get these guys like him and Allen into lineup for the litmus test

I wouldnt say all-stars are being sat over the scrubs...but there definitely is better talent albeit inexperienced sitting in lieu of lesser talent...and some guys getting reps over others on roster whom shouldn't...and that is I think direct relation to the HC preference Experienced is gained with live play...not practice so we have to make the concerted effort to see what we have That being said...some the guys who knows....could possibly play at an all-star level but we can't know until given the shot....especially when we have a pretty big swath of guys who are under performing, or just not good enough Now the questions are...is it poor and inadequate coaching not getting any player properly prepared? Is it laziness and the belief that "the room will sort it out"...I also look at that as neglection by coaches and not knowing your room.....is it the current staff have a poor eye for talent, and what intangibles/skills are more important than others?.....or is it we just have a real load of crap players now, and the coach has no practical options so just going with what used to work? First step is moving guys around, bringing some on...moving some out, and it seems we in the process of that now to a certain extent, so that's a good thing.....Of the talent is noticeably better...we in games consistantly but still making poor in game adjustments/decisions....well then time to focus on coaching or way we going about stuff....and if it's just still the same ol same ol....likely combo of everything and maybe a lil purge is required I do like the steps taken this week, but also wanna see Kyle bringing guys in with some urgency....and with some legit skill

There is a minimum PR salary...but teams can pay guys whatever they want above and beyond that....and we have before, so unsure what he is getting...possibly?....If I was him tho I'd decline and refuse to agree to be "injured" so they either roster him....or have to release him, as I sure he wants to play...he's be scooped up in short order and probably in a lineup just as fast....

and if we force a ton of work to Demski...and he gets hurt....we are royally screwed....heck...we screwed I think as it is so if any of the "starters" goes down....we effed.....and now...what If Lofton gets re-injured?...my oh my....

we have 18 lb/db's rostered...thats over 2/3rds of the gane day roster...thats insane and bizzare

yeah....no game breakers or legit threats that require real attention...and can be easy to take BO away from us until we show different...I expect a keep in front coverage with lotsa guys in the box and them baiting us into nickel and diming it for extended long drives to actually score a TD....and not sure if we gonna be able to do that. Maybe BO goes off like a machine and Strev as well channels some of his old self and we control things that way Encouraging part...we have the guys on defence this game to really be active....match up way better and possibly be in Arbuckles kitchen all night...so we may win a defensive slugfest....Defence and ST definately gonna have to pull this one out....Have zero belief that with Hogan calling shots...and what he has to work with that we are gonna score more than 2 TD's on offense

if what's being used aint doing the job....intelligence says try a different config....considering we told they all starter material...and if that's not better....get rid of them piece by piece until they actually play well....we dont do that...but we may be seeing that now to a certain degree....so I consider that progress....now the part about coaching them up effectively....we dont know who is better....cause we havnt tried anyone really other than Person getting on and it actually made us better...made WJ and Vaughters better too...so in essence we agree....But Right now most the blame has to be shouldered by Osh as he picked his roster...If the other's now getting a chance suck as bad...or worse...then yup..Walters better step shitup
