yeah....u have to know what he said...and even subsequent "apology" will still not sit well or resonate well in locker room. And to the Duke thing, be interesting to see what shape he in, and if he still has big play ability....seeming like possibly not, and fact he not gonna be there and available till after bye is intriguing as well...maybe trying to get in shape and heal the hamstring???

87.2 efficiency rating right now is proof positive...midway point in the season is a good measuring stick...compared to 113.6....111.11... and 90.6 for Reilly, Zack and Adams who have played all games, MBT and Harris who have played 5 and 4 have 110.3 and 99.7, and Evans and Maier are at 101.7 and 99.4 (though only 3-4 games each) Also that 7 TD to 8 INT ratio just validates it more...guys a back-up...cut and dried, And Duke is coming from a lousy BILL's camp where he was slowest guy there, and basically couldn't get open, he will be a nice toy but not take them anywhere they already haven't ventured to this year...

He's only 6'3...and he's not overly fast...as a wr he kind of a slug. Definitely is talent but hasn't played here in a while and like others said...u need a ball thrown that's catcheable for a 50/50 and that's the issue...not the guys trying to catch. And hanging your vertical games hopes and dreams on 50/50 balls is not a recipe for success...and maybe he still has the hamstring issue and won't be jumping fir a while ..lol....kind of odd too he won't be there till after the bye.. wouldn't that be when his quarantine started too then?

and looking at him you wouldn't know he is the top 3-5 guys on the team for speed....he is a very viable deep threat...not the hands of a Lawler, but he's faster and can get seperation from anyone

thing is...your employer wouldn't suspend you from work for a day...most likely if a persons job didn't depend on a license they most likely don't even say anything, so thats a poor comparison. Not advocating it as my son was tboned by a drunk and had to have emergency brain surgery back in 2017, so I know exactly the effect it can have on a family. I agree if it was an habitual offence...for sure hit the road, but a one time lack of judgment for something regardless of the degree of stupidity shouldn't define a person's career and life, and have them punished excessively...everyone deserves a second chance...if you see it otherwise it's your right

Adams will be doing a lot of the deep stuff...thats his bread and butter, and teams have to respect him....Also Demski has been very effective deep, and hey...if all else fails go to a more 2019 style offence....we know thats not a problem

from all I know he is nothing but the ideal teamate, and his brothers got his back...not woried about it, and if he does have a bit of a liking for the liqour it hasn't caused him any performance issues, and sure he and team will have it under control. So Oshea said Lawler suspended for 1 game...and 1 game only...and I agree 100 percent with that....dumb thing happened....don't let it happen again....now we move forward, and this will in no way derail this group...plus it gives Rosie a chance to get some game reps

Yup...no previous history of trouble with law..obvious has no serious issue affecting his play to date...and it will be a one game "team" imposed suspension...chalk it up to a learning experience and we move on...and I am sure teammates will agree and stand by him...for all we know several could have left from somewhere...in same condition...and one got caught...so this prob good for the team to see what can happen.

we won't be picking anyone up...And he won't be cut/released/suspended for season either....He/we handled it right, will address all today...will move on and I suspect he will play with even more of a chip on shoulder and lead league at end of year...bad judgement call, and lesson learned, and lucky it was not a serious lesson.

I thik the best of their bunch is Purifoy, but he is also one of the ring leaders of the Anti-Discipline Posse there....that combo of him, Edem, Gainey and Marshall are just a group of me first knobs..I feel sorry for the new guys they try to integrate there, as they see how they do it on field and follow along....basically learning the wrong way on how to be an on-field pro

Rosie will be ahead of all the other guys...he knows the CFL inside and out...knows Zack....Zack knows him...he will integrate seamlessly and know where to go, and where to be. Mcknight I doubt factors in, and Nelson I think too is a long shot...Makes no sense having 2 Grant like guys in lineup. Woli I thought hurt his plant foot on his catch, but it was actually his right leg bent behind him that was up in the air, so I'm not as concerned as much now with his possible injury being that severe, and he was up and moving about on sideline for remainder of game...hopefully he can go, but if not I wanna see what Oleary Orange can bring....was pumped we were able to draft him I do wanna see tho what Agudusi could do in a game tho, Maybe this is his shot...but I think we want to take this one at home, so smart money says it's Rosie...and that is fine with me

he's riding on the couple early success plays he had when he first came up, and his short yardage work on offence...guy is way over rated....same with Gainey...One good season there where he got 6 int's in a 3 game span and they were more of a case of poor throws thrown right at him
