OH I agree...in record and fact bar none we are the top team...thats undisputed, and that loss on the defensive side of the ball was a big brain fart and a combination of things...the cocky and riding on laurels part is correctable, and I am sure addressed...but...big but that hasnt been addressed or fixed... the poor roster management...lack of depth in some key areas....for a while now actually forcing us to start 2 guys in secondary that should have no reason to be there whatsoever, the lack of rotational depth on the dline...which was our bread and butter when we rotated 8 guys, and many sets with 4 true d-ends which totally effed us vs Hamilton....and the fact we roster guys as DI's who don't see the field save for ST play is not a good thing...and has left us quite vulnerable and exploitable....and been exploited.....if u have no faith to use them on defense...or never planned to...then why even dress them?....makes no sense....yeah I get the nice guy thing...high character FIFO..whatever u wanna term it schtick...but if that prevents you from rostering guys who can actually play a role on defence/offence, or they are playing in place of more talented guys...then thats just garbage... good example in this game coming up...if Willie goes down...or Wilcotts....we screwed...same with say Sayles...or Jake.....then we have all our dlineman basically playing every snap...again...and or a guy out of position...

I'm concerned about or front as well...and 2/5ths of the secondary....and the fact ne real viable/legit backup really at any posotion on defence...baffling.....thank god it's against the train wreck Riders, or this could be a putrid game ..again..........and even against the Riders I dont have a good feeling....thankfully the offence is basically intact save for Ellingson..who hasn't played in a while anyway and we done well....gonna prob need to put up at least 30+ points to have a shot at winning with what we trotting out on defense....not sure what Osh and the gang are doing on that side of the ball, but not impressed or happy in the least bit....and I recall when he took off the extra d-ends...cause he said "they were gonna try something different"...well we have basically been pourus since that...so time to snap back to reality and what worked

I recall last yr them singing his praises on occasion....so tae all with grain of salt I do tho think he needs to be more disciplined in his play....not penalty and ****** baggery wise...but assignment and techwise...tho that could also improve with better coaching and scheme...and all around environment, as it is light years advanced here....once he up to speed on our system he likely slots in as a rotational guy, like we have done for last few yrs here...and I good with that

we really dropped the ball with or PR and who/what we had on it...even when early in season some DB's got let go by their teams in the CFL we didnt pick one up....who already had CFL experience and was game ready....we only started when we got hit with injuries...and by that time we were kinda hooped...same can be said D-line wise too...we let Mack go for whatever reason, and actually stopped dressing that extra DE even after Hansen went down...and it bit us in the ass in Ham game...and could again, as we are woefully weak depth wise now...especially when we sign and dress guys who see no reps whatsoever...(hello Cole...Cooper...Hassell...even Ford who has experince in Canadian game, then guys like Harrison..Dobson last game on the offensive side)

yup....we lost Jeffcoat last game and the way the roster was constructed...our dline guys basically played the whole gme once he went out, and by 4th quarter were bagged right out....so...we do it again??...like wtf??? and yeah that pairing baffles me....No clue what they see in Holm...sure he is apparently quick...but so are a lot of guys who dont pan out due to our lack of confidence in them playing up on the line, or true man coverage we play soft and allow play after play in front of them..exactly the only thing the Riders can do....and tho we been limiting TD's and points for most part...we saw what can happen....I dont buy/like the Osh menatality of if guys been here longer he seems to get the shot....even when clearly not better...but whatevs..we 12-2 and guess they know what they doing...but I dont like it Holm didnt look outta place as far as layman seen...but he didn't look stellar or like a legit stud...and from my vantage point he played soft, and also was in wrong place numerous times...as was relayed via some of BA comments, tho he never said names...there was a ripple effect in effect....and it made us look woefully weak and exploitable

I sure he will...and also the Mafia does due diligence in bringing guys in....so I'm sure they are fine with his character, and have asked around, asked current players here, and other contacts...they dont sign whoever all willy nilly ala Jones in Edm and the Riders

Yeah I know what that is...duHHHH....I did play the game and all....I was just saying as to how it is presented in the depth chart, for those who may not know that...makes it easier to not confuse..... and teams have never used left and right btw...none Ive been involved with anyway

oh haha....wasnt sure...I am not bothered by it...said no names...and no specifics to indicate whom he was speaking...just that he needed to be in a better place, and that the enviro there needs to be cleaned up...I kinda applaud him to be honest

again...not liking that depth chart...right side of secondary is weak sauce...again...no real DE to rotate...same guy as last game and he never even saw the field...and is he even a true d-end?...weak inexperienced right side of the db back field...Wil is a total joke....and dressing an extra OL again...of whom will not even really make an impact, let alone even see the field...like whats the point...for all Osh's good things...his use of the roster/ratio and who he dresses more times than not is garbage...almost surprising we been as successful as we have been

Never was stated as a torn Achilles...same with Wilson...and fact Wilson was never really in a cast and been walking around freely on sidelines for weeks now pretty much confirms that...he has shown no indication of an achilles surgery rehab

what did that putz say?...I missed it and he could have asked for his release...why they would cut him makes no sense given all the injuries they have on the dline, and it depletes their depth...I sure he didnt say "hey release me so I can sign with....." But his addition to us makes us stronger and deeper, and them weaker and thinner....and looking at some his tweets...he definately wasnt happy there, or liked how things are going....that part can't be disputed

yeah...if u remember he played last bit of 2019 and all playoffs with a brace....I figure he should be back sooner than later

hmmm...as a rotational guy predominantly we could do worse....he also plays teams...so could be a decent signing...and change of scenery he could be alright....and the fact he knows the league doesn't hurt...If Jeffcoat is out this game, obviously Wicotts is the starter, and maybe they want some experience behind him if they feel the new guys not ready??..dunno...or maybe he backs them up?...I do know we excelled more on defence when we actually had 4 DE body types on roster when we rolled with 8 dlineman
