Nobody said Osh is a bad coach..or the team is collapsing But no coach is perfect and they all have bad points...ours is at times...key words here..at times roster management Hats off to the team for assembling the depth they have to sustain us in a yr where we have had a lot of key injuries...point I trying to make is that as it got depleted they sat back a bit too long restocking it...and its obvious last 2 games with lack of reciever depth and dline and db depth...And without immediate influx...or return of injured guys we could be in tough. Heck we have had all yr to solve the WIL spot and have yet to adequately fill that...why? I have faith in the leaders here but sometimes your faith gets tested...

many posters myself included have said this stuff about what you mentioned for some time now....even last yr....its not just after this one loss....and if u can't see how poorly the roster has been structured at times..and the waste of roster space for 3...4 guys to just stand there all game then you aint looking

EXACTLY.....Its safe to say we are rather lucky to be 12-2 and to be honest...we were a better team 6 weeks ago than we are right now.....no ifs ands or buts about it....and i see no issue questioning management's and the coaching staffs casual at best attitude toward fixing/helping it, coupled with odd roster decisions to have guys dressed...but refuse to use them.....I see other teams bringing in guys, making some deals....and we are hemorrhaging depth right now and it's ho hum...guys in house are all starters, that why they here, but don't get a chance to show it. Perhaps they are being very coy, and guys like Wilson....Houston...Taylor...Hansen are gonna be back before play-offs, along with Ellingson..Agudosi...Woli so thats why the casual attitude...I dunno, but it is perplexing to say the least...what we have starting tomorrow won't take us deep into play-offs...no way no how Not too concerned about Jeffcoat tho...from what I seen of him yesterday...moving and frolicking around he looked totally fine...maybe they just see this game as a chance to let him heal right up, and if it was a playoff game he would be dressing.

yup...we excelled on the dline when we had a rotation of the Jeffs and Kongbo and Hansen rotating in with 4 other dlineman.....tis yr we had some injures with Jeffcoat but had at least WJ and Wiccotts and Mack...then Hansen rolling in....we dumped mack...lost Hansen and stopped dressing Wicotts...and ever since havnt been that good....wtf is the reason? and the DB thing...several guys got dumped and then picked up by other teams this yr...we sat on our hands..and as DB's dropped did nothing really until too late..so yeah we have Holm and Parker in there by default...and they make us weaker by a long shot....whats Waters been doing?...and it aint cause we in SMS hell...we had several bigger slararied guys 6 gamed this yr...dont get it then we do bring some guys in...a couple we roster right away...and dont touch the field...
