I wasnt including BA in the DB assessment...but if you want clarity Nichols is the best db....then BA when they don't have him playing whatever role they had him doing last night...I was referring more to the CB's and HB's

Look to when our dline was dominant and disruptive...ws a regular rotation of 7..8 guys...why we moved away from that is bizzare.....Parker is the 2nd best DB we have...and physical so when he is back, I can't see him not back, as we need his tackling ability's...Muhamed is much the same kind of player too with some physical edge to him...and has experience...I get the Holm love and he makes the odd nice play....but people gloss over his miscues...he offers no physicality and his tackling isnt close to Parker, and I could care less about Osh's comments about his feet....especially when he trots some guys out there on defense at times saying they are starter quality but in actuality they aren't, but sticks to his narrative of it ...his at times unwavering allegiance to some foot soldiers I think cause they been here a while....put in their dues in his eye..whatever it is....is a major achilles heel played hurt all yr last yr....and when was almost healthy in last game or 2...and playoffs...played well...and fact of matter...unless we bring in another Alford or Nichols is prob one our top 3 db's....plain and simple...2 our top DB's are parked on the IR right now....and I dont think its a stretch to say when up to speed Muhamed will be one of the top 4 with them and Nichols

Was a bad...out of sync off game all around....a smattering of poor play calling and scheme and a splash of poor roster make-up garnished with some injury issues...which are compounded by said poor roster makeup I see once Lawson and Jeffcoat back...More Fox....Less Walker....more growth from Haba, Hansen back taking reps, and the ability to put an import elsewhere in place of Jackson (dline or DB) when Miller is back, a lot of the defensive issues may become non issues, especially if/when Wilson is back and back to old self....even tho in my opinion Clements has been least of the issues Also...Parker back will be huge....Rose back will be huge...if he is finally 100 %...and the insertion of Muhamed as well will solidify things....Eliminating Schmeckle and Bennet right out of the mix, and majorly down sizing Fatboi's reps....we be golden Not concerned about the offence at all....was an anomaly and not the norm

On a positive note...team will have watched film and flushed this game, and moved on to make the corrections needed...that much we know, and the vet lineup won't let this linger or affect them....

2 of whom shouldn't even be on active roster yup...ass handed to ourselves....good lesson and reality check...history shows this team will bounce back...and with a vengeance so I expect that next week

Oline didnt suck as much as what ever our game plan was just left them hung out to dry where BC could jut go after the QB...first drive we ran a good mix of run and short passing...after that nothing of the sort...wheres the short passing game...quick hitters..slants...jet sweeps....BC seen we were not doing that and pinned ears back...BC nickle and dimed us to death....didnt allow The VAJ to have to sit back there and let his plays run through progressions and just took what we gave em...and couple that with prob 90 percent of time if you go back and look our DB's all 8 to 10 yards off the L.O.S and next to no press coverage...well you see what happened..Funny part of this all is our offence is perfectly suited to play this type of game and totally kill teams with guys we have ....question is...was it ZC choosing to not take that and force things....Or was it Buck having the primary guy the deeper option...we will never know, but I can chalk this up to a learning experience and a good lesson....and I doubt we see that tripe again

well if anything...Us losing was a gift to the league...hopefully will keep some bums in seats in BC without the need for a concert pre-game TSN gets its dream wish and can be all giddy about something and run with their story/narrative... Hopefully Osh and crew seen the underlying issue with depth and roster and actually fix it....and good this happened now as opposed to second half of season where at that point you are stuck with who you took to the dance A loss happens....and every year since 2019 we had a performance like this....where we all throw out the same complaints and world is falling stuff....Next week will show what this team is made of That being said....some issues several of us have brought up with roster management, or lack there of and PR players, and lack of certain types of players, was again brought to the fore front and exposed....this isnt an old aging team issue...as 2 games into a season isn't gonna gas a pro athlete...this is a roster issue and improper allocation of talent, and blind stupidity....yeah I gonna say it in letting certain types of positional talent go in TC and keeping a whack of guys who will never see the field... I'm sure when dust settles...we will be right where we need to be come playoffs....just sucks to watch us sucking so bad when it is avoidable

Grant - Never gave up and just gives er Agudosi - for coming back and taking down the DB who Demski handed the ball off to Haba - Good motor, and getting better and better Everything else was basically garbage....Not seeing or jumping on the "we looked old and slow" bandwagon as thats not what it was that I saw...Was a piss poor performance I think we figured we could mail in...And B.C came in hungry and fed us our lunch...like we have been doing to teams last 3 years....Was it a one off...we shall see and I truly think so and even great teams need a wake up call and to kick them out of complacency That being said...we definitely need to fix a few positions pronto, and inject some hungry mofo's....and Osh needs to get his head out of his arse and put a more rounded roster out there...if that means dumoing some PR guys for ones that can help tis team...then so be it...But Parker and Rose cant get back fast enough...and Mouhamed needs to be inserted if for any thing his physicality and just some new blood....As it stands other than BA we need some thumpers and tackling machines....guys with some presence in the DB group...And I think the Walker by default rostering experiment should be shelved for now....he just doesnt seem to have any spark....Love Jackson but he is a waste out there even with Miller out....Roster a big...mean hungry young dtackle instead, or another end that teams need to keep eye on...Cause Bennett just doesnt have it...Jake is old and almost useless now, and Schmeckle or whatever he goes by is useless and shouldn't even be on a pro roster. Maybe even for a few games give Castillo all 3 jobs, and get another DI as a dlineman or DB on the roster to rotate in and or fill in for a guy who is sucking...or is injured...Kramdi albeit is a good teamer,..but when he came in for Darby because thats our only option, we sucked even harder than we were sucking...which is really hard to do as we were really sucking....we have too many strictly "teamer" guys who by default get to be the back-up but truthfully aren't good enough for full time duty....roster re-jigging is needed slightly, tho I hold out hope that one Jeffcoat (if he can stay outta the tub) Wilson..Hansen..Rose and Parker will make a difference... Osh needs to shelve this loyalty to guys who been here a bit and or are Canadian to prove his point and pride in his nationality and allow/let best players play, cause as I see it we are not doing that...and last night was a prime example

Our big issues on defense is we have jack crap for defensive tackles...and it's a huge issue...ends can only do so much but no pressure up middle is killing us...and leaves the secondary exposed

Yeah a lil over reacting here...the secondary def needs to adjust and tighten up...having Rose .Parker..Houston back and likely Muhamed when up to speed will make a big difference in my opinion And if that doesn't ..then we gonna have to win shoot outs all yr
