  1. yup....He aint going anywhere....and agreed what u said....why people even questioned it is more baffling Ona different note I like Keion Adams tweet yesterday...said along the lines "the last time I was here they handed me a garbage bag for my things and told me I would no longer have an opportunity to play here"....oh man that didnt age well..hahahaha....Him, Darby and Lawrence were the luckiest guys in the league this yr...and all 3 seem to be a great fit yeah....no wrap or immobilization at all to be seen...if he was of grave concern wouldn't they have had someone gather his luggage and stuff off the tarmac?....Game day adrenalin...a needle here and there if needed....he gonna be out there...even a hobbling ZC is head and shoulders above most....I'm sure Buck will have something dialed up to make it work
  2. Osh basically puts it to rest...that he will be back....not a question at all...and he likes to play out his contract and then work it out then
  3. pretty hard not to like the kid and pull for him....He gonna be a fixture here for yrs, and when all said and done longer than AH
  4. If it was a concern he'd be in a boot to protect it..and not out on a frozen concourse lugging around his luggage
  5. Would prob beat what they have gotten recently...good oline around him and play makers...he would still be cool and collected and get **** done
  6. Yup..best visual experience for tv..and the concourses aren't even that bad..no worse than majority of big venues I been in around N.America..and u cant beat the lower bowl open concept...
  7. Or having banks as a teammate?
  8. No he wont...that's already been debunked numerous times...with max PR weeks he would make with exchange about 280k..plus or minus a few hundred depending on the exchange...so how is that more than 450 to 600k in canada...please explain Same with it been reported in press numerous times..and again today that if he was to play next yr up here...it would be top flight QB money...arguing again just to argue I see
  9. Yup...band of brothers there haha
  10. He had one earlier in yr on Dimwitty when he got yanked...they also had a fight with an issue with Banks...and there was another between lineman but cant recal game off top my head What a close knit team...they play for themselves more than the guy next to them...
  11. Yeah...if he woulda hit the kicking leg...the ol thorax...all good...but not that plant leg...oh well...ebb and flow of game. Interesting to see that 9 play 8 runs drive in the 3rd quarter...another interesting thing was where Bighill was on the Rose interception...go back and look...there was a reason why Rourke had no where...or wasnt sure where to go..we had him totally befuddled...Darby also was in a lot of spots u normally wouldn't see your SAM...Hall dialed up a perfect game plan
  12. Alford re-signed there...what a fool...why not wait as sure he could have had a few teams offer him something...and why even re-up there?...lol
  13. yeah I think in last 55 seconds they got off 3 plays...one of which was that final Cal State attempt
  14. I can see them cutting Lucky then...or seeing if he will do a restructure/extension...Burnham gonna be north of 160k again...Lokombo being Canadian won't be cheap...and they are going to be adding around 400k to the QB position regardless of how you slice it....Unless they roll with a restructured Adams, and that wont get them to the promised land. Oline will all need top ups too...they gonna have to prioritize, and then trust in recruitment...mind you so will most teams....I think tho we sitting good...we put a lot of salary in bank from 6 gamed guys...and guys who weren't cheap...and also had some money that we were gonna use for Harris that went unspent, as we never did end up chasing anything after him...or from NFL...And from what I was told/understand if that Lawler deal would have happened...he was going to be extended into 2023 and paid upfront money this yr for it...so obviously Kyle has a nice lil cache for re-upping guys right after Grey Cup and having 2022 money to lessen the 2023 sms for other extensions/possible free-agents we target
  15. south of the border every day...well if you are wanting to legit advance the playing career
  16. think he knew it was a given he would get looks...and if anyteam signs him and throws in a bonus...he will be down there for the yr at minimum...and Bo' knows that too...so he could be playing 3 teams against each other...like he did before....basically just use Sask again to up his dollars with no intent of signing there lol
  17. yup....they gonna be in hard to retain the core there...and If Rourke gets some kind of upfront money...good chance he gone for the yr...so they gonna throw $$ at BLM....and have many others to re-up...or cut...Not sure what Lucky contract length is or if it was a 1 yr...but 200k won't be going there again...and thats just one guy to worry about for them
  18. didnt he and Marshall book it outta town even before exit interviews?....total team leader kinda guys eh?
  19. thats what I figured all along....but BC will be in a damned if u do...damned if u dont....if they hedge thinking rourke comes back and pass up the chance.....and then he sticks....they screwed...and if they sign BLM for premiere starter money, as u know he is getting at least 450k...and Rourke does come free...then what do u do?...
  20. I would have went with Jones...Milligan...that one dude in CGY wayy before him...and since CGY whined that they should have had more allstars on oline due to lowest sack numbers...shouldnt we have had more on defence due to fewest passing td's given up...lowest QB percentage and fewest yards per game??...I not saying we should...but if u use that metric.......
  21. yeah he is more an actual Kid Canada....all his formative yrs playing were in Canada....the sole reason that since forever...and in future that the Americans who came up here as rookies and are far superior is due to the coaching/training/competition and money put into it down south....I se it every yr at camps with Canadian trained players...vs American...and Canadian trained vs Canadian players who went to U.S prep schools, and played U.S college or JUCO ball...it's like night and day Same with the numerous Canadians now in the NFL...the ones who stick, and produce are the U.S trained ones...basically American players...the ones who try from USport rarely succeed...there is the odd exception to the rule that will stick around...or actually become a contributor but the American trained are wayyyyy ahead of the curve, and and NFL team doesn't have the 3 yrs to put into them to reap any rewards...just the way it is Thats why I was also a lil sick of the Kid Canada bullshit and said it was a slap in the face to every other Canadian player...especially the ones who played all ball in Canada....
  22. they have a solid dline...and couple of playmakers as DB's...but also lack serious discipline, and that INT total could be a matter of being on field lots....as with guys on losing teams having big tackle numbers They are a hot/cold unit ans its a matter of which one shows up...but over last few yrs discipline has been a demise for them...even when playing lights out...they are far from the "team" we are We don't play like the last 2 west finals...and more like the 2019 Cup...we win in a walk...
  23. fixed that for u
  24. oh well....who gives a rats ass bout Rourke hahaha.....All i see is a stain on the bottom of the Bombers boots
  25. well....they all are eligible 😁 but I know what you mean.... all in all I think it a pretty good and fair list....Not sure about Marcus Sayles tho....there were a lot of guys better that didnt get burned like he did...Mike Jones should have been there....he got jobbed
