i think he not wanting to take a fitness test, and prove his health/skill level was nail in his coffin here and made it easier for Walters....that and the facthe had rubbed a lot of vets the wrong way in 2022 just added to it....and since he has lef has done nothing of note....for about 65k more of a hit to the SMS than BO Imagine if we had retained him, and BO didn't get that yr last yr to learn/grow/find himself, he would have been doing that basically this yr, and may have never found his groove.....so things happen for a reason, and the smart football minds here allowed it to happen. basically what it boils down to is whatever the number of declared Canadian starters are on each side of the ball needs to be maintained...So if you had a Canadian QB as a starter, and say 5 others on offence, and you put in American back-up, then one of your other american starters on offence needs to come out for a Canadian...can be any body just as long as it is somebody, can also be different guys as well, and not just the same guy. Now if you have utilized the Nationalized American rule...which is dumb not to, then it's a moot point for 29 snaps as well
