Yup...I rewatched and the line wasn't an issue like some make it out to be...it was more a ZC issue..the ones that were apparent last yr already And that's the indicator in a player...especially at QB that they have or are in regression... Exactly what I touched on...the fact to we resigned him site unseen for 2026 as well was a bone head move His scripted first drive was good...after...hit and miss and the hits were not elite qb style hitting And we are saddled with Osh who will stick with a vet/fav/bias as long as they not in a wheel chair...and that's not good either

The motion we use with our lineman now also seemed to mess him up...he was seeing ghosts i think...Strev didnt have issue with that

I think ZC also now is a bit skittish mentally and spooks too easily now...well since 2023 when he got popped in that edm game...his slide started after he got back from that and hes never looked the same..well not consistently or sustainably

Yup...he also seeks and destroys in second level...Dobson was lost Bryant wasn't bad at all..sure he had a couple moments but that will happen...especially when the guard is compensating for a center...it radiates out...if say a guard had cheated over and isn't where the tackle expected him to be and looks to have been beaten inside expecting help from guard...well it looks bad for tackle but not necessarily so I think he meant Nichols for Willy and that's accurate. Osh gets too attached to certain guys...like a bad stock trader...don't fall in love with a stock and know when to sell...osh needs to do that with players And I truly don't think he is the best evaluator of talent sometimes...values some characteristics at times over talent or usefulness

Yeah...that's pretty much it...on the Holm int i believe..Lawson had penetration and vaughters came thru and drilled masoli...Thomas got engaged and thrown to the turf...one of many instances...he serves zero effectiveness out there...1...maybe 2 plays a game is not optimal...that's being generous too..

Finished re-watch.. the oline was fine...B.C has a real good dline and a real good rotation...we lost a few battles but they did fine...and will be better as they get more used to their multiple blocking schemes we use...we are very active on oline this yr Or do what Streveler did and throw a ball in dirt and not jeopardize a turnover in our own end Yeah...we got beat a few times...that happens but overall they played fine Zc should have ate it or threw in stands...that's a rookie error he made

The pressures thst lead to the int's was direct result of Lawson...not thomas

Yeah he full of crap...Lawson sliced thru 2 guys...with a combo of tech and power 3 quarters in...not sure the oline hate...they were fine...a few miscues but that's normal My thoughts are they are all getting used to their new blocking schemes..we doing a tonne of guard and tackle pulls to the opposite side of line...some plays have both moving in tandem...lots of active lineman blocking schemes...like a lot! ...I also think ZC needs to get used to it as it's either confusing to him and hes panicking for no reason or he just not in sync with it We not just dropping guys back in their normal way...or pushing straight forward with traps and tandem on runs... Strev was very comfortable with it tho

Save for that confused looking couple series right at end of first half the oline played just fine Noticed On the ZC int to Demski...nice clean pocket..wtf tho with that heave by ZC?? All kinds of time and basically hucks it off back foot...he could have stepped up and planted and fired a dart..but floats a duck...is it panic in his head? Another key thing on the Parker int...pressure up gut by Lawson forced a hurried and high throw...Jake...pops up and is just washed to the side...we would be so lights out on defence with right personel...or even just proper rotation and who is on feild in certain schemes...its just little things that make huge impacts over course of game Obviously I rewatching lol

Yeah...its small at times insignificant stuff you don't really notice too which makes a big difference, and sometimes a huge play Take the Parker TD...3 man pressure...with the right 3 man...Lawson knifed inside beat 2 blockers..cause Masoli to have to move...walk up in pocket and rush his throw as pocket was collapsing from ends...made him ahead of his receiver with a bad rushed throw ..TD bombers...had Jake been the nose..would have got stonewalled prob right at line or washed to the edge...and who knows how play woukd have turned out...definitely not TD bombers If you look at and break down plays and see where the faults are...you see it differently...and if you grade a play to best of ability even though not sure the call...but for most part u can get a good sense of responsibility...you see more too And that twist with Thomas they highlighted was embarrassing The fact we knew what kind of defense we wanted to run...and didnt adress having a legit Nose or multi use DT is an epic fail

And 2 better linebackers....well 3 really...Griffin should be sam

Was a turnover fest when the put ZC back in with 4 fingers...after one series he shoulda been yanked...he shouldn't have even entered with numbing in his fore finger..most important one for a qb for accuracy and spiral...a glove on which he has never thrown with...epic coaching fail...that being said we still were whipped bad in T.O.P

You should still be able to get pressure tho with your line...also if pressure on QB makes him throw under duress...rushed...or before receiver is open then the DB's will really eat...you have the right guys up front...you will get pressure That mentality in last yrs cup with Arbuckle of all people gave the Argos an time of possession well over 30 mins on us if I recall correctly Hard to score when defence on the field...and wears them down...especially when you have a piss poor offensive game plan of your own...and or are clinging to a QB in decline based on his past success...recipe for losing big games.. Up front we need younger...more athletic and active lineman to compliment WJ and Vaughters...and Lawson...Adams is exactly that...Woods...Person...Bailey are too..Thomas...Korn...are not...I'd actually roster Scmeck over both and have just him and Lawson...he at least is tenacious and is a plus on the jumbo for offence and would serve more use...we also in this scheme need dlineman with technique and hand skills/fighting ability which would help immensely...Thomas and Korn (at this juncture) have none...the aforementioned tho all do

If they have fans on in a dome it can push a ball up high...or knock one down...depending on direction u going on field That being said...some of ZC throws where air isn't an issue were brutal too

Several guys need a shot...and a couple need a seat on the PR or IR Our 2 older ends would thrive with a youthful upside rotation end...and consistent inside push with a combo of Adams...Lawson and Woods... Did Korn get more than 2 reps? Even so he not cfl caliber...we seen all too well how many reps Thomas got and how for the majority of the reps hes just pointless...and times he does show a lil push in pocket has nothing left or ability to get off his block and make a play...let alone have any backside pursuit...he needs to be off roster...his "glue" isn't serving any purpose...we have more than enough glue guys on defence And T.Jones needs to be impactfull and noticeable if he your MLB and make plays all over the place..and he isn't...hes decent in the box or crashing down...but in space...coverage...or sidlene to sideline hes a liability and basically invisible... When BO is back we be better served using Person for Cooley spot...Bailey for Weitz...did he even see feild?..insert J.Jones for one of T.Jones or wilson and allow Ayers and J.Jones to take majority of reps...Griffin too should be our SAM...he'd be a league allstar as a full-time starter... For what Sterns gives us and has shown I'd also give Mitchell the next games...he if dialed in is a legit threat and woukd give more space for the other receivers to work..Sterns is just run of he mill average... Why we didnt pick up Hakanuva is baffling...he'd have offered more than what we have behind our starters...I'd even try 3 national recievers with him in lineup to free up an import for defence or oline...

As with others..we win despite the less than optimal players...he won't change anything...I've said before we have won a lot despite his poor choices...but those days may be numbered as a lot of the depth that compensated for it..while in their prime...is either not prime anymore...or gone He said it himself in TC ...you watch tape on a guy from yrs ago and you see the production they can do...or something along those lines...and he just clings to it.. we've seen it way too much...he doesn't forward think...let alone develop guys along the way to step in...or just flat out replace guys who aren't the best option cause we've won with them before...or he just likes them cause they been here forever...and that's bad. Our depth has eroded so bad because of it...and again have a lot of just ST only guys...again...are reluctant to let guys who could and can make a difference play legit reps...and a couple don't even get a sniff of the roster Its gonna bite us in ass again this yr...just you watch...unless he does a serious change in his opinion...or Walters and or Miller steps in and plays Boss

Does Osh realize that tho? Wr won...despite a less than optimal roster sp based on history no change will be made unless someone literally on crutches..nobody will get valuable experience and earn more playtime and it will invetibally bite us in ass when it really counts...we've seen this movie 4 yrs running now...

We are 2-0 which is good...we have some issues and holes in lineup...and easily fixable BUT....the crappy part is that we all know how Osh rolls and since we won...he will stick to status quo...and we all know how that ends up... He won't make the necessary changes to make a good team...a better team...a major flaw in my opinion

Ayers and J Jones would make us a better defence

So how many snaps did Korn take...I didnt even notice or see Weitz on teams.. T.Jones was Mia...your mlb needs to be noticed and making an impact Trade for one...put Eli in or something but we need a center Jake??. Time to hit the 1 game..all yr We be chasing Ford around next week...Jake should not be part of the scheme...guys like Bailey and Person tho would be helpful tho...
