totally scared to...and they know that osh will likely use it against them for further interviews....and be even more smug and condascending it's not a matter of listening to fans....noreso an issue of using maybe common sense....weighing options with pro's and con's....talent vs hinderernce?.....and to be honest....a good protion of fan's here...yourself including have a heck of a lot more sense and football intelligence to actually see the forsest thru the tree's than a big majority of local...and even national media...

all the guys mentioned tho had legit competition and beter talent in camp....Osh tho did chose to keep them unfortunately but not surprisingly....but again....you are correct....He was supplied with the players.....not giving him the opportunity to keep them may have been the better avenue to take...100 percent

yes....and no......we have brought in talent...especially this yr to really infuse youth/talent/hunger and we sent em packing. That part is on Osh Walter's tho either agreed to Osh requests....or on his own seen it as prudent to bring back some aged out and declining talent vets. iF He doesnt re-sign a Thomas....Kolo...Biggie (tho him back as a role guy paid accordingly would have been fine) and a handful of other players....Have that talk to ZC about a re-do that helps we would be in a totally different spot.

a win last week would have been the worst thing in all honesty...would have glossed over...a lot of issues if for only a week, and aslo validated Osh's stupid roster makeup and personell choices, and he would have trotted out the exact same lineup and just been further down the hole we need to claw out of...even tho I wanna win everygame...theres lotsa time left in the season to right the ship and another loss...due to the issues of late may just be the best thing moving forward...as sad as it is to say,

Oakman all things considered would be a solid addition to what we currently have with WJ....Adams and now Woods. Would allow us to do a lot of different things and be an very active front Factor in the return hopefully sooner than later of Garbutt....and Fox...as I assume Haba is done for the yr, and a front with heavy rotation oF multiple combo's and looks of WJ..Adams..Garbutt..Fox..Woods and Oakman plus whatever Canadians not named Thomas would give us something up front we havnt seen here since 2019....and we can easily roster that....if you know who chooses to

we are one more DL injury away from being utterly screwed...we pretty much screwed as is...Wj...Woods...Adams should be our base formation....Ali Fayed if he able to play 60% of reps and is actually impactful can slide outside for some reps...and spell of WJ and Adams....Work in Schmeck for roataion and Samson next...see what the kid can do...Thomas should see the least snaps of anyone and if Samson and Schmeck show they can spell off our last standing studs...then next game they should park him and add a younger guy who can contribute on teams...Basically get Charbeneau back on...Or Kelly if/when he ready...We prob roster Hubert just because tho...,which is a move that is basically of no consequence and likely he stands around most the game...in typical fashion of last few yrs

yup...missed the boat there as we have zero...and we had some guys here who showed some promise/upside...with Upshaw and Rivers...yet we bring in a guy who was hurt...and was able to show nothing in camp and had zero work, but the guys who actually played and would be closer to game shape...we pass on

Basically in a nutshell....ytou have more or less nailed it...we are being out coached for a lack of a better term in a bad way...In most aspects....and along with that goes poor roster management, and really bad PR use And well.....the results are glaringly obvious...Our upper echelon guys...who we rode to knubs...aren't upper echelon across the board anymore either....compoinding it...which circles right back to poor roster management, and then back to poor coaching trying to make square pegs fit into the former round holes....and it's not working.... after 2021....thefe already should have been some...so 2022 and especially 2023...there would have been the heir apparents already developed too many...and again that falls back on the coaching...or lack there of...time to start actually being a hard nosed coach....and right your ship....not happening tho...excuses...smug grins...non answers...they are all number ones....player X is the best...why be worried....well...we worried ya turd!! thing is...generally the HC will ask for...or say he wants.....thatbeing said..Walter's has tonow stop being the compliant buddy...and be the hard nosed Boss I'm sure many were just driving up the price with no real intent...knowing we wanted him..Brady wanted to be here...so push up the price knowing thje ripple effect...we should have just said...here's 190k.....balls in your court..we would have survived if he walked Paying Kramdi tho 70k over the miniumum...stupid when you can get the same or better from an entry level player....but bringing back Osh favs..Kramdi (dont gt me wrong solid backup/teams) Kolo..Thomas...BA...Biggie.....Not a hard and serious talk with ZC (who our coach thinks is best and cant fail) about taking a reduction, or else we cant provide him with the pieces to complete the roster is crippling us....Gauthier and JA can be lumped in there too..Rosery at minimum could give us more than enough backup ability...and possible upside....

yeah....At could have been cast better for sure all the upside guys...went waltzing out the door and we kept next to none....Several should have been rostered some how...some could/should have pushed some vets out the door...and nobody is developing...case in point right now...no ends whatsoever available...or DT's....if guys go down and are on the IR....smart management would be to have guys brought in to replace on the PR...if that means dropping some guys who you have no injury/depth issues with...so be it...Our habit of late of playing guys out of position is hurting us...Just cause a guy 'can" adequately average at best....doesnt mean he should...except in Osh's eyes

Walter's is technically Osh boss......HC obviously has a say on who he would like brought back....type of guy brought in...etc...etc....Now were some of these bring backs to appease a whining coach...and giving him one last chance to try and implement his vision....or was it Walter's saying "here some guys I want yhou to use"...I think it more the former...and maybe some disconnect there?...dunno...but it needs to be adressed and fixed...and fast It's still early enough to cut a swath with the off you go knife and let the new blood grow into, and develop through the yr....if a guy has "it" and can play...it's very obvious and doesnt take a yr of learning like many here like to think as to support the poor roster management The key thing tho...guys need to get that chance to play, and not be blocked out by older guys....and favorite guys who skill is inferior to what we brought in.....this is where we are failing miserably since end of 2021 agreed...and if one needs to be replaced and someone new brought in to re-vitalize things...It's Osh all day every day....Many will squack and stomp thier lil feet in defiance....but it's true...

they need to let him actually play as a QB and use his legs when things bresk down, or nothing is there.....Dude can make al the throws, and let him do that...well he will get better and better. The bring him in for 100 percent run plays....ain't fooling nobody and is going to get him hurt....Let him use the actual playbook...and have teams play in a way where they have to respect the possibility of him taking off...things will open right up.....With ZC...there no threat of that at all...and recievers are being basically smothered, and they just can rush him relentlessly with 4 guys

I agree....and Wade won't sit on his hands on this...and not even just with fewer butts ....but the direction the team is headed
